I first came and got $55 pedicure & chose a gel color that was supposed to be a bluish cat eye. Not only was it one of the worst pedicures I've ever had, my color ended up being silver glitter. I didn't like it, but assumed maybe it looks different in the sun. When it didn't, I wrote a review about all of the details of my experience. I was so unhappy, I came back & told the manager. He told me he would redo it if I changed my review & told me calluses cost extra. I selected a chrome color & didn't expect it to take as long as it did and the shop was closing up by the time she finished. I watched her apply the powder chrome (I thought it was just a gel color, not powder on top of plain color) & you could see that it wasn't completely chrome. Many toes didn't have any chrome effect at all, while others had spots of chrome. When I pointed it out to her, she said she doesn't know why. They didn't fix it, & I was sent on my way. He texted me later that evening to remind me to change my review! I was miserable w/my spotty toenails as well as numerous nails cracked. I thought maybe pedicures is just not their thing. I went in one day to ask if they did builder gel & explained I don't like tips, but I wanted my nails extended just over my finger with the builder gel & the manager told me that they absolutely do that never mentioned an extra cost. I made an appointment online w/someone who had excellent reviews. When I went in for my appointment, I was told to select a gel color. I asked if it was extra, & she said no, that was part of the service. I selected a color & followed her to do my nails. I pointed out my toenails & how blotchy they looked. I explained my issues w/the previous times I was there, & she said ok. She said she didn't know how to do builder gel w/o using tips. She asked someone else who came over to do it. This young lady was extremely nice, made my nails look beautiful except they were ridiculously thick. I'm not complaining on that element because I could file them down myself. When she went to paint them, I made sure to ask her as well if there would be an extra charge, & she said yes. I asked her not to paint them. I noticed her beautiful lashes. I asked her if she can still wear eyeliner, she said yes, just not mascara. I asked her if they were hard to maintain, she said no, just need to brush them just like you would your hair. I told her I was going away for some work trips & need to be at many events, but also quite a bit of time in the ocean if they would last, & she said yes. She told me the type that she does would be good for me as well. She convinced me I should get my lashes done. I also pointed out my toenails like I told other girl & she told me if I get a polish change b/c she doesn't think they could match it, they will fix the broken nails. I sat down to have them redo my toenail color. She did a beautiful job fixing the broken nails, but told me the color I chose was too sheer & suggested I put a darker purple under it. I said fine, & it looks nice. After my toenails were finished, I was taken to the back to have my lashes done. The girl didn't ask me any questions, offer me any information as to what to expect, & I certainly didn't anticipate being there for 2 hours just for lashes! I have bad allergies & laying flat makes me cough, so I laid there choking for quite while. I asked her how much longer it would be b/c I needed to use the restroom & she kept saying couple more minutes. I finally got to a point that I just had to go. All I was handed was a business card with instructions on the back that basically said everything the nail girl said was fine...was not & I would need more supplies than just little spoolie that they gave me in the bag. I should've been told it would take that long & what was expected to take care of the lashes before starting! I was charged $27 extra for extending nail plus the $43 for doing builder gel, I was charged $25 for changing the color of my toenails, $10 for the repairs & $5 to take off the crappy job they did in the first place, & it cost $140 for lashes that barely lasted.

I used to not be a fan of posh years ago because of how slow their service used to be, but I am here to say that had changed! They are super quick and affordable especially compared to other local nail salons in the Cumming area. For years I've been doing SNS, but my nail artist convinced me to try a new gel nail and it was on for almost a month! I was so impressed and totally got my moneys worth. Not to mention they also gave a 10% discount just for showing my college id. The service truly was great as they offered me water right away once I got seated. I also noticed that they had ice cream for kids and special small spa chairs for them as well. This place has all the things! 10/10 recommend!

I'm not one that gets her nails done, but a gf of mine was in town visiting from NY and this is her go to spot, so we decided to treat ourselves. The salon is hands down beautiful, serene, and definitely "posh". Everyone was so kind! They accommodated us immediately and didn't mind us gabbing on and on catching up after not seeing each other for a while. The color selection is large enough that I found my go to shade fairly quickly. We opted for the powdered milk highest end pedicure and a basic manicure. Heavenly! My polish got smudged twice and while they were quick to fix it, I wish they'd just redone that particular toe nail over instead of spot correcting since it was fairly evident that portion of the nail did not match the rest. I let it go in the interest of time, but after leaving I noticed even my finger nails could have used a second coat. I could visibly see the polish lines. Got home after some errands and the spot corrected nail had completely ruined, which was frustrating. All on me for not being vocal, but a bit disappointing since I simply trusted that it'd be done right. Went to pay and almost completed my transaction before my gf noticed they had a 20% discount advertised, but they didn't apply it to our bills. Had she not said anything, I would have paid the full price and gone about my day. That's definitely predatory on the salon's behalf and pretty disheartening/disappointing to almost have be taken advantage of. Watch your bill! I think the one thing that truly irked me is that they asked me if they could put my purse on another chair, which is completely fine, but threw a dirty rag on top of it and left it there. I was appalled when I looked over and saw what they'd done as it's a suede purse that absolutely should not have any kind of water on it. That's 100% a no-no regardless! Willing to go back for a second chance, but will most definitely be more cautious the next go around for sure! read more

I wanted to love it but sadly I did not. I got the milk something pedicure and well it got weird. Smelt like old milk (they rub milk paste on you) then they started rubbing me with lime wedges (thank goodness I didn't have any open cuts). Cherry on top was within 6 hours after the pedicure 4 of my toe nail polish came off. I wanted to love this place because of the nice salon but unfortunately my experience was sub par. read more

Came in during my lunch break to have my nails and feet revived after acrylic ruined my hands and I hadn't had a pedicure in a month. I was greeted pretty promptly by Leo who was very friendly! He also did my manicure and gave me several options outside of acrylic that would be gentler on my nail beds and help to keep my nails from breaking again. The quality of the manicure was fantastic and I walked out no longer having to hide my hands. My feet needed a bit of TLC and I had a meeting so I didn't get to finish my entire pedicure experience unfortunately, however the man who worked on my feet was extremely attentive to making them look attentive and even paying attention to special detail as far as shaping and filing. He took extra care in areas that others usually rush. While this was a quick drop in, I definitely plan to revisit on a weekend when I have more time to relax and be pampered. The price point was also very fair compared to other salons! read more

I needed a quick SNS appointment after work and Posh had the hours to accommodate me. It was a straightforward and quick process with no massage for $45. The nail tech Taylor did a great job. The salon is large and very modern. Plenty of nail chairs to accommodate everyone. read more

She put way too many coats on my toes. I walked out and drove home when i got home and took my flip flops off carefully the polish was all messed up because it could dry properly from all the coats. Disappointed that my money went down the drain a hour after she pained them. read more

Leo was awesome. Being a mom of 3 3 and under I have to be strategic with my time. I wanted to try a place where I could make an appt online so I decided to try posh. I made an appt on a Sunday at 1 for an ombré full set with Leo. When I got there they were slammed and allegedly short staffed. I was told by the manager Leo was behind and it would be 10 mins to wait, I said ok. I got taken back to my appt 20 mins after my appointment time. Leo was extremely nice and apologetic - kept saying "thank you so much for waiting". I explained to him I was short on time because of child care limitations & he said no problem. Boy did he mean it! He was so fast and efficient, and did a fantastic job on my nails. He even made a few substitutions on the color I picked for my nails (the pink I picked was too light). There was a lady with another tech who was already getting her nails done when I got sat, and I was done before she was. I'll definitely come back just for Leo. read more

I've been about 4 times and Never had a bad experience. I always leave with my feet so smooth, they slide around in my shoes. Yes, I would Definitely recommend POSH for pedicures and Manis. I've also brought my parents for pedis and they've always been extremely happy. So, 6 thumbs up. read more

I went to Posh today, 8/22/23 I moved to GA recently and stumbled on this place through the recommendation of a friend of a friend, after trying a few different places and not enjoying them! I am so glad I gave them a try, Vanessa was amazing and was patient and listened to what I wanted to achieve and helped me choose the right manicure (I ended up getting a builder gel mani). I told Vanessa I wanted short nails in a nude color with a clear chrome finish and showed a picture for reference - I was amazed when my final results were almost identical to the photo I showed her! I can't recommend this place enough, I booked a pedicure for later in the week the minute I got home and saw my calendar! read more

If you are in the area and you are looking for consistency this is the nail shop for you ! I have been going here for pedicures now for over 3 years and they always do a great job. I sometimes make an appointment for my 4 year old daughter and they have a tablet and the cutest little kid chairs for her to sit in. They have ice cream and she always goes for seconds. They even have a special for a mani and pedi for kids. Over the years they seem to keep the same staff and even the new faces know what they are doing ! read more

My favorite nail salon didn't have an opening, so I found this gem down the road. How have I not been here before? It's sooo pretty inside, and they even have mini ice creams if you want one. My nail technician was very good, and friendly. The only drawback is the water was cold, so my cuticles didn't soften much so when it came time to trim them, it was a little uncomfortable. I was here almost two weeks ago, and I got regular polish done this time. SNS is great, but it weakens my nails. The polish has stayed on so well! I will definitely be able to get two weeks out of this, and am so happy I found this place on Yelp. It will definitely be in my rotation for nail appointments. read more

I highly recommend that you NOT go here…read more My daughter treated me to spa package for my birthday and Mother's day that included a body scrub, massage, facial, and tea, which we did together. Unfortunately, the wet body scrub in a cold room left the table sheets damp, cold and very uncomfortable for my massage on the same table. The masseuse was reluctant to turn on an air heater at my request since it would make her "dizzy" since she was physically active. She finally turned on a room heater, but I was still very cold during my massage from the wet, cold sheets. Midway through the massage, the masseuse got the manager, and I waited outside the room while they put dry sheets on the table. However, very little time was left of the massage and the room was still cold (the heater had been turned off and I had to ask for it to be turned on again), so I never got the relaxing massage I was hoping for. Both times that I got on the table, the masseuse did not line me up straight and centered on the table. She also left a hot stone next to my arm which startled me and was quite hot. Meanwhile, the background music kept skipping intermittently which also made it hard to relax. I recommend skipping the $40 tea which we were rushed through. It consisted of an almost tasteless slice of tiramisu, a small tasteless Madeline wrapped in plastic (why was there only one for two people?), one chocolate, and peach tea. The tea is overpriced and needs improvement. The bottom line is that the body scrub and the massage were 100% an awful experience. The manager gave me 75% off the body scrub; 10% off the unrelaxing, cold and wet massage; and comped the tea. This was not enough to offset what was supposed to be a special, relaxing, pleasurable spa experience with my daughter, but instead was disappointing, unpleasant, and very uncomfortable.

I did come to Spa Fiori a couple of years ago, but because of the distance, I decided to go somewhere closer. My first visit back then was heavenly, and I definitely should have stayed. The facials I received elsewhere made me feel relaxed and my skin feel softer, but I never saw any major improvement. Olga is my facial guardian angel. She goes the extra mile to help you relax, educate you, and focuses on not just the superficial layer of your skin, but targets what may be causing the issue--for me this was a problem within the deeper layers of my skin and older hyperpigmented scars. She discovered it for me, and with just one visit, the quality and tone of my skin improved dramatically. Even through mediocre FaceTime quality, my mother told me that she could noticeably see a major change to my skin. In between peels and layers, she will do my eyebrows, do some dermaplaning, give me an upper arm, shoulder, and neck massage, and we will just talk about everything. Each visit here has been well worth every penny. What I appreciate about her the most is that nothing is ever rushed, she loves to teach, and she truly has a passion and gift for skincare. When I asked, "So I'm being punished for being one minute late?" no one offered a real response. they do not even use numbing cream for the treatment. I left feeling completely dismissed and disrespected. I canceled my membership immediately and was charged a $45 cancellation fee due to a six-month minimum commitment. That might be in the policy, but considering how poorly the situation was handled, it felt very unfair. I understand the importance of punctuality, but the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy here was unacceptable. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone expecting respectful and compassionate care.

This place is incredible. It has it all! First of all, when you walk in, it is aesthetically appealing! Very clean, open floor plan, beautifully set up. My girl Gwynn has hooked me up 2/3 times I've been. The quality of her work is impressive. The little things, perfect shape, just very natural looking. And consistently lasts 3 weeks. I get SNS. There is no lifting of the sns polish. I even had a nail split (my fault), and they were so gentle removing the damaged nail and still made sure I walked out with my nails looking good! (Thought I would have one stubby nail for awhile but she saved me!) But the selling point for me was the kids salon chairs and services! For less than $25 I can get my 6 yr olds nails and toes done, she gets an ice cream, sits in a cool chair made for size and and IPAD to play with! Best part, I get an uninterrupted couple of hours worth of blissful pampering! GENIUS, RIGHT? Every 3 weeks, you know where you can find me and my lil bestie! PS I have worked most with Gwynn but the ladies work with my daughter very well, and the other techs who has done my nails and toes have been equally as good. So it's not just one good tech here. I've never been this impressed with a nail salon. Best mani/pedi I've ever had. They got us in right away. Didn't make me feel bad about getting polish or try to pressure me into gel/dip like every other place I've been to. The leg and arm massages were amazing. She had me pay before applying my nail Polish so they wouldn't get messed up while trying to pay after. My daughter got the kids package for $22 which includes a pedicure, nail polish, a basic design, and an ice cream. I had to bring my son and they gave him an ice cream as well. Their prices are good and you get quality work. Definitely recommend!! read more

If you are tired of a mediocre manicure or pedicure, or you are looking for someone new, Tiffany Huynh is the person to see. My wife and daughters have been to various locations for a manicure and/or pedicure where the quality of work and/or nail polish durability did not hold up well. They visit Tiffany and the quality of her work is exceptional, it lasts a long time and looks great. Her professionalism and customer service is exceptional. OMG! first time here.. and ive been looking for a good nail salon in the Johnscreek area.. and im extremely picky .. and i wanted to try Posh based by the reviews.. NO REGRETS!! The place looks new and chic.. theyve been opened foe 2yrs and not trying to be ignorant or anything but the girls speak reallly good english.. ive just had bad experience where some nail techs wouldnt understand what i be saying.. and i understand .. but overall my nails are amazing!! My regular nail salon of nine years was recently sold to new management. I was hesitant to look for another salon. If I had only known how good my experience with Posh would be I wouldn't have been.. I have been going to Posh for about two months now. Gwynn did an amazing job on my complicated nail Christmas design! She is patient and always does a superb job. Lots of fun to sit and chat with while being pampered. Jolie and Nancy have both done my nails on visits there and keep my toes in top shape for running and tennis. Would 100 percent recommend. read more

I absolutely love this place! It's spacious, clean, and a relaxing atmosphere. I've finally found a salon where the nail technicians are kind and professional. At previous salons I would constantly get knicked/cut from technicians moving too fast, trying to get the next client in their chair. Not at POSH! I've had the joy to get my nails done by Helen & Jane. They were both so knowledgeable and kind; they really took their time to give me the best experience. Tina did my nails. My first time here today. I have searched on many sites to find the best reviews and this salon had the best reviews. I'm tired of trying so many salons I want and like to find a place that I can say "home". I can definitely say Tina will certainly see me regularly and I appreciate her skills and time she took to do my nails. I really love the salon and atmosphere. This salon is the best I've been to. I live about 45 minutes away, but chose to get my engagement nails done here cause these techs are the only ones I can totally trust! Im not a girly girl, so I never quite know what color or style is best on me when I have a special occasion, but this place has been so warm and understanding and helpful with each of my visits. I went and got my lashes done today and she did an amazing job being someone who gets chemotherapy and has sensitive skin she was extremely gentle and did a beautiful job. The salon i was going to before was doing them to the point it was uncomfortable to have lashes on especially the day the sets were new and she explained that they were putting the lashes on my skin which was also why i was losing them so fast and why they irritated my eyes. 10/10 will be returning and recommending to friends!! read more

In went here for the first time after finding them on yelp and calling to see if I needed to make an appointment, I didn't have to because they were fully staffed for Saturday. I got a a gel manicure. The staff was welcoming, the environment and presentation was clean, the set up was cute and neat. The lady who did my nails was Mia, if I remember her name tag correctly. I've been coming to Posh Nails for about 3 years and never am disappointed! I do have my favorites for both SNS and Pedicures! Vanessa is amazing and my nails last longer than anyone else who has ever done them and Nancy does an amazing job on my pedicure. I've been coming to her for my lashes for about 2-3 months now & she has my lashes on point each time & the quality is very high. They still look great at my 2 week fill. I highly recommend her. Jessica and Nancy are amazing!! Jessica did a phenomenal job on my Gel X manicure! The first picture was my inspo, and the second picture is my manicure. She matched it perfectly! I have also had many pedicures at this location, and while I have loved every visit, my favorite nail tech to book with is Nancy! She gives the best pedicure, and she is also so kind and fun to spend time with. I can't recommend Nancy enough! read more

as usual POSH didn't disappoint. The manager is always attentive and asks how much time you have, then proceeds to set you up accordingly. Today was a day where I had very little time, and they were on the money with excellent and expedient high quality service. Alex was concerned that my expectations were met and the girl who did the pedicure was lovely ( I didn't get her name!) highly recommend!!! read more

I love Posh Nails. Eric and his staff always do a great job of making me feel welcome. The salon is clean and I love the relaxing music they play and that HGTV is always on instead of stressful news stations! Susan and Jessica do amazing pedicures and Ivy is the bomb at nail Art! Jessica and Ivy made my nails and toes magical for my upcoming Disney trip. I will not go anywhere else! read more

This was my first visit. The location was spotless. Very clean and inviting. My service was started on time, I was treated wonderfully and staff were kind enough to make adjustments for my service to end on time (when I needed) due to another obligation. I got a full set of volume lash extensions. I love them. It's exactly what I asked for and I will absolutely be back. read more

Posh nails did a fantastic job giving me a gel pedicure and full set of SNS today. The spa is still new looking- it is spotlessly clean, and the nails technicians were so friendly and did a FANTASTIC job! It doesn't hurt that they were fast, either- without sacrificing quality. I'm not one who enjoys getting my nails done- and they made it a great experience! read more

BEST SNS SERVICE EVER RECEIVED HANDS DOWN!! I didn't book appointment but they welcomed me warmly when I walked in when the store was super crowded. Waiting for 5 min then I got Vy as my nail tech. She's so friendly, sweet, and professional too! She did SNS for me with a pink snowflake design on the white nails. Def recommend my sisters to come here too!! read more

I have been coming to posh nails since they first opened. Prior to that I had tried numerous nail salons but always left disappointed. Vanessa does an amazing job with my SNS and Susan does the best pedicure. These ladies go above and beyond to make sure that I'm comfortable and love my nails when I leave the salon. I will never go to any other salon. read more

Took my 7-year old granddaughter here today and they were awesome! They have special little themed chairs for kids, she got ice cream and they had a tablet with YouTube kids already on it! She LOVED it! Susan did a great job on her mani/pedi! The owner was VERY gracious and I truly appreciated everything they did to make us welcome! read more
