I no longer live in the area, so haven't been back in a while. But this shop was convenient to my home when I lived in Cumming, had great hours, and was awesome that you could book your appointments online. The only thing I didn't like was not knowing the cost for anything online until I got to the shop. I have a citrus allergy so they are great about substituting the scrubs or creams that have citrus for me. This is a very family oriented business run by husband and wife team. The owner's mother is also a tech and does great pedicures. She's super sweet and helpful even though she doesn't speak much english. My first time there she even gave me a shoulder massage even though it wasn't part of the pedicure I ordered. The costs are a bit higher than other shops in the area, but they do have a lot of options. It's also a great salon for kids as they have kid sized stations too! read more

The nails turned out super cute! And everyone was so welcoming and accommodating! Just a few things that missed a star is that my cuticles were in need of help, but they weren't cleaned up. I would've definitely paid a little extra $ for that. And the foot massage/scrub didn't feel like much. Will give them another try and see if I can fill that one star! read more

I came back. I've been hopping around to different nail salons looking for my "home", and I'm happy to say I decided to return here. They are under a wonderful new management that genuinely cares about their clients and the quality in their work. The owner, Chris, did my nails and I am very pleased with how they turned out as I'm a little bit picky. I had my nails done elsewhere a week ago and really disliked them and he changed mine to a fresh set that I adore. I got white SNS with a mermaid chrome top that I brought myself. I added some new tips and sealed the chrome with a gel finish. I love the shape of them as well. He worked quite quickly, and was very pleasant to talk with. He hires only the best and believes in the quality of his business, which he passes on to his clients. I was greeted cheerfully upon entering. The place was exceptionally clean and quiet. David worked on my hands and Lynn on my feet. I was so relaxed. UPDATE: I went back to get my nails fixed and they were sooo sweet and kind. They all apologized about the issues I had with my nails and Holly redid them for me and did a great job. She was thorough and took her time to be sure I loved them. I will be going back! Old post: So at my mom, sister and I went here for Mother's Day. We had a wonderful experience. We all really liked the service and our nails! We went back just yesterday and were quite disappointed. My moms toes were not painted all the way. The ends where white when the lady finished. She had to ask them to be fixed 2-3 times. My toes turned out okay but my nails look terrible. They are all bumpy (looks like a ton of bubbles) and there was polish on my skin. It looked like top coat. I am so bummed. They aren't shiny at all, usually thats the best part of going to a salon!! They are dull and bumpy. If you go, just watch them carefully and ask them to fix if they don't look right. My bumps don't show up until later on after they were dry read more

Service was quick and simple. Shop was well sanitized. first thing they did was apply hand sanitizer to my hands (with gloves on of course). The lady doing my nails dropped an instrument on the floor (after she'd already finished my nails) but picked it up and immediately sanitized it. They are definitely taking the necessary precautions with COVID. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience and the results I got, especially for the price. I only paid $25 (cash) for a gel polish manicure. My only complaint is that the lady who did my nails filed off some of my skin on one of my nails which was painful. She didn't seem to realize at the moment but I think she noticed later because she began being very cautious around that nail especially as well as the others. I'm would give this place 5 stars easily for the kindness of the people in this store. Unfortunately it's 2 stars due to the quality of pedicure I received. The person who did my pedicure cut the skin on the side of my toes twice with the cuticle clipper. Further they over shaped the toe nail digging straight into the skin around the nail. He was very nice and sincerely apologized when my toe began to bleed. I genuinely think he meant well but clearly more experience is needed. In addition there was hardly any massage and no hot stones were used though all the other Yelp reviews say that. So either my friend and I got gypped or the reviews are bogus. I'll let you decide fellow yelpers. Btw - my friend who was with me also had her skin cut by the manicure artist with the cuticle clipper and began to bleed. I've had my nails done a bunch (at least a 100+ times) and I've never been in so much pain after a pedi. It's sad because I really wanted this place to be great and the people here are very nice. Went to My Nails today to get my nails done (obviously) bc of the reviews I've read and I have to say, they did not disappoint! I had my old gel overlay removed and got the SNS nails done in its place. While Mimi, who was awesome, worked on that, David stated on my pedicure. I hit a fabulous foot massage with hot stones, hot towels, and an all around great pedi and then moved over to Mimi's station where the real magic began. I showed her a picture of what I wanted (which was not just a simple nail design) and she did a fantastic job! Not only was she able to almost duplicate the design 100%, she took her time, paid close attention to detail, and asked me along the way if I was happy with her work. The answer to that...ABSOLUTELY!
