Poor/rude customer service. I purchased a massage for my husband & included a tip. I guess the tip wasn't enough because the lady at the front desk was like $10.00!! She then went on and said well some people tip $20.00!! She then ask my husband about a tip after his massage. Totally out of pocket. The therapist didn't even massage his feet. I've gone here 4 times, got Sarah twice and received a 5-star massage, different woman each other time and got a 3-star massage. The prices listed in the front are inaccurate. They charged us $40 on top of each massage per person. There were 4 of us. 1 hour deep tissue is listed as $70. They charges $20 for oil per person for the oil they use to massage with. We were tipping $20 per person and all 5 women came out and started screaming at my husband saying you all owe us $40 tip each. So one massage came to $130 CASH per person with screaming staff members. 2 staff members started staring us down in an intimidating manner and said "SUE US". Better to go to a professional franchise it will be more relaxing and maybe even cheeper. read more

Healthy Massage is always my go to place for stress relief and massage. I have been going there for 9 years now. I always get deep tissue massages and most of the therapists I use give me very good pressure and help me overcome soreness from workouts and increase my recovery time. Other massage places just don't have the consistency and dependability among therapists the way they do at this location. On top of that, the rates are very competitive and affordable compared to the marketplace. I highly recommend this relaxing facility. read more

Really the worst massage I have ever had and was also up charged $10 for special oil that was supposed to help with muscle tension. Granted she asked and I agreed--so my bad. I'm not sure what was special about it, it didn't smell good and certainly didn't relieve any tension. I could hear some guy conducting business in the other room the entire time and somebody was cooking some fish dish in the back that didn't smell good. The lady giving me the massage pretty much used one hand the entire time, she spent about half of the time pushing down on me with her hands on top of the sheet. She kept trying to massage my waist hard, I first told her the pressure was too much and then I finally asked her to please stop. Oh the final thing at the end she was massaging my head--the pressure was so hard, she was literally ripping my hair, I definitely asked her to stop. I question what kind of training she received to be qualified to give massages. It was a bad experience and I feel I wasted $140 and won't be back --not even if for free. read more

Eva left. Horrible experience twice after that. One girl jumped on the table (yes physically) to get angles and literally kept slinging me around, yes I was not comfortable. And second time the lady kept answering the phone booking clients DURING my massage. How rude. Not to mention shouting from inside the room giving directions to the others. It was just perfect, she hit every area that had been tense or in pain and just massaged the muscles till pressure released and they became relaxed. As she massaged my shoulder I could kind of hear a "crick" every time she went over a certain muscle but a few seconds later the crick was gone and I presume the muscle relaxed. I had booked for a 60 minute massage but ended up doing 90. I'm at home in bed now and my body STILL feels relaxed, renewed and pretty amazing. I have to say that I don't think I've experienced this much utter relaxation for this length of time from a massage. It's hard to communicate exactly how my body feels right now so it's best you just try it for yourself. I got the deep tissue today (she even massaged with her forearms and elbows lol for that added pressure) but I'll be back for the hot stones. This is my first review on Yelp as I felt compelled to share my experience definitely not the same feeling I had from visiting a few other spas in the Alpharetta area and they wasn't even that bad. read more

My husband and I came here last minute they took us in for a 30 min foot massage. It was SO good!!! I felt so relaxed and I feel like the man who was doing my service knew where to press and what hurt. I have a ton of knots on my feet/ankles. He worked on it quite well! Healthy Massage is located in a tiny strip with a vape shop and a fast food terayaki place. I stopped by spontaneously because it was treat yo self Tuesday. I got the 60 minute massage ($60 -they have deep tissue, swedish and thai) and although they did not ask me what kind I wanted, they just adjusted to what they felt I needed. My masseuse did an awesome job. I had a million knots in my shoulder and she went to town on them. For those looking for a posh spa experience, this is not the place. However, don't think that this place isn't clean. I had no issues about sanitation. I would come back more often if not for the location/OTP-ness. read more

I've been trying different spas for approximately 10 years with my wife, and in four different states. I've been to more budget-friendly spas, as well as resort spas which make your wallet cry :-) I work on a laptop every day for countless hours, and lately I've been having more pronounced neck pain, especially after sleeping. I upgraded my pillow, which has helped a lot, but I still occasionally have neck pains (I'm finally starting to get old.. :-) About a week ago, I slept funny, and sure enough, my neck started bothering me again. Sometimes it's very painful, especially when I drive (you know, turn around when backing up - my car is definitely not fancy and does not have cameras - not that I would totally trust them anyway). My wife and I decided to try this place out, because it is very budget-friendly. IT WAS EXCELLENT! The owner and therapists were extremely friendly, it was very nice inside, peaceful ambiance, and the therapists knew what they were doing. I explained to them where my neck pain was, and they worked my upper back relentlessly!!! I was sore, but a good sore. The next day, no neck pain! :-) :-) :-) YEAH!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this location. Many spas are very expensive, and you end up paying for a bunch of frivolities, but the massage is weak. The more budget-friendly spas sometimes employ non-licensed therapists, who are plain "rookies." Healthy Massage's therapists know what they are doing, and the service you receive for the price is phenomenal! The best affordable spa I have EVER been to, hands down, and you can treat yourself more often! read more

We decided to try this place for a foot massage and I must say, I'm glad we did. I went the full body 60 minute massage and my girlfriend went with the 60 minute foot massage. It's a very clean place compared to some of the massage places around the Alpharetta / Johns Creek area. Greeted with energy and a smile, offered up additional services / lotions but declined them. Jesse provided a very deep massage and continued to ask if the pressure and massage technique was at my satisfaction. I'd say the only thing that I would rate below a 5-star is they use "hot" towels to wipe of the massage oil which I think is a bit gross. I declined the face massage but overall, felt very relaxed and would recommend this place for a foot or full body massage. My girlfriend said that her foot massage was good as well. I am a repeat customer and I continue to return. The therapists that have served me with a foot massage, a body massage, a combination massage, chair massage, head massage, hand massage or knee massage have been very very satisfactory. The spa is always clean and fresh smelling. I've never worried about having clean fresh towels or covers as they have always been very clean. My therapists are professional and attentive to areas of sore or knotted muscles. I especially like their hand massage. Afterward, my hands and fingers feel soooo good.
