Melissa, the owner, helped me set up a party for our Girl Scout troop over the phone. On the night of the party, consisting of 13 girls ages 6-9 and knowing its no easy task to keep that many girls occupied and engaged for an hour and a half, Melissa captivated and enchanted them with her sparkling personality and dazzling creativity while our "Spa Fairy", Kayla, helped. It was every little girls fairy tale come true. From the parking lot where the signs read "Princess Parking Only" to the moment they walked in and were greeted with glitter and bows, they could be seen smiling from ear to ear. When all of our girls arrived, they were taken upstairs to the "party room" where they began their experience by dipping their hands into their own bowl of bath salts and applying some "thin mint" lotion. They continued this amazing spa-like experience by playing "would you rather" and sang karaoke songs while each girl received a manicure. They topped off the experience with a trip up to the third floor where each girl was given a $10.00 credit to spend in their "Licorice Lounge" and included everything a little girl could want ranging from candy to makeup. The girls were able to choose whatever they wanted and either did the math themselves or had help from one of the "spa fairies." It was an experience they will never forget! I highly recommend "Polka Dots Girls", it is worth every penny!

I had a skin problem on the top of my foot & she was very careful about it. It is very quiet in here & the music is relaxing. I told Chloe the water was too hot & she immediately started making it cooler. My comfort was her priority. I paid extra to have a 30 minute chair massage. I'll let you know how that goes, also. So, I finished with the chair massage & I know you're all waiting for me to tell you what I think. I Loved when she rubbed my head!!! Other than that the whole chair massage thing was meh. I had a dip done $53 on 7/30. during the dip I could tell the tech was having issues with clumsiness of one of the top coats. Then the nails would not dry and I sat there for 2 hours. I left and soon after noticed a rough smudge on my left thumb nail and started the nails to fall apart each day. I called the owner Emma on day two and told her what happened. She only said she would take them off that's it. No apology for the inconvenience no refund. This has been a pattern with my nails for the last couple of months and I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt coming back, but I can no longer throw money away and my nails look horrendous all the time. I used to get compliments and give this place recommendations to people, but over the last six months the quality has gone down. I don't know if it is the product, or the application, but I deserve a refund and an apology. I will not be coming back and I'm hurt by the fact that because she has a high wealthy clientele that those of us who are hard working and supported her all these years are not needed. I would hope with seeing this will facilitate action to refunding me. Also, I don't like having to leave multiple messages and being ignored. It is very disrespectful when you are a long-standing client. I will not come in and have deal with confrontation either.
