I've been a client for six years and I'm saddened that I have to post this but unfortunately I am not in the business of throwing money away. I had a dip done $53 on 7/30. during the dip I could tell the tech was having issues with clumsiness of one of the top coats. Then the nails would not dry and I sat there for 2 hours. I left and soon after noticed a rough smudge on my left thumb nail and started the nails to fall apart each day. I called the owner Emma on day two and told her what happened. She only said she would take them off that's it. No apology for the inconvenience no refund. This has been a pattern with my nails for the last couple of months and I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt coming back, but I can no longer throw money away and my nails look horrendous all the time. I used to get compliments and give this place recommendations to people, but over the last six months the quality has gone down. I don't know if it is the product, or the application, but I deserve a refund and an apology. I will not be coming back and I'm hurt by the fact that because she has a high wealthy clientele that those of us who are hard working and supported her all these years are not needed. I would hope with seeing this will facilitate action to refunding me. Also, I don't like having to leave multiple messages and being ignored. I brought my friend here for her first ever mani-pedi. We both picked out "cat eye" colors and not one staff member knew how to do them. They kept taking turns "trying". Don't sell something your staff has never trained how to do. My UV gel manicure was also a disaster. Very thick, not smooth, and she didn't even totally remove the blue polish I had on previously. It showed right through the pink polish making my nails look dirty. It was clear they did a poor job and yet no explanation, no apology, and refused to offer discount. In less than two weeks one nail had come off and two broke. My friend may never get another mani/pedi. She was totally turned off. Never going back and I hope my review turns others away. I get pedicures frequently. A few weeks ago, I entered Victoria's to get a pedicure. It's a very clean salon. I did not have a friendly welcoming when I arrived. The woman who did my pedicure was unfriendly, and never touched the bottom of my feet. When I asked why she didn't touch the bottom of my feet, she said it would be $10.00 more. I've had such inconsistent experiences at this salon for manicures and pedicures. Similar to another review I see here, at one time I was very pleased with my mani/pedis. Besides the inconsistent nail experiences, I got a bikini wax and it was not only the most painful wax I've ever had (and I have been getting waxed for years...I didn't even say anything because I was in complete shock) but it was completely crooked and off center! My mother and I had made appointments for 12:30 on Monday Feb 11, 2019. We arrive early and the receptionist comes over to check us in. They take my mother at around 12:20, but TOTALLY ignore me. Finally at 12:40 I ask what's going on. The women WHO I might add could barely speak English had no clue I had an appointment. The owner Victoria arrives around 1:00p.m. And Rosa goes to her to tell her of the error they have made. Do you think Victoria came over to apologize or offer a solution? NO. I have used them in the past and this was the first HORRIBLE experience. The owners lack of caring that her employee making the appointments is incompetent and should not be on the phone if she does not understand English was a major let down. I speak Spanish but refuse to speak it in my own country as the last time I checked English is our language and Spanish is not considered secondary. Why is it that you go to nail salons and the first couple of times are amazing then after that they start to go down hill? The last few times I've come here I've had appointments and they didn't start working on my nails til about 15-20 min after my appointment. I got my nails done last Friday and was taken back late as well. Then she rushed through it. Didn't soak my nails so she ripped my dry cuticles off, then she filed my nails so jagged I had to ask her to file them again and round them out. I know it was busy and she was probably overwhelmed but after she didn't lotion me either. THEN two days later two of my nails FELL OFF. I've never had that happen with the dip powder nails before ever. I walked in today to show them that this happened and they didn't care didn't apologize and told me to come back that they were busy when they had two girls sitting doing nothing. This sucks because I really liked the service they provided to me prior to these last two times but unfortunately I will not be retuning. read more

I honestly only downloaded yelp to write this review! First off my mother and I had made appointments ahead of time for gel manicures and we had to wait for 20 minutes! They take people who just walk in making those who took the time to schedule an appointment wait. Second the lady that was doing my mothers nails totally just cut her real nails off. She said short not make them look like she had just bit them all off! Lastly, the lady that was doing my nails was trying to push in my chair and she said "Your Heavy" and she started laughing!! Called to ask how much a uv gel manicure (refil) was - the girl said on the phone it would be $35 and I doubled checked over the phone that is the price for uv gel, she confirmed. Went in, although they took me fast I am not impressed with the job. Three days later a nail broke and the white tips are all dirty and cracked and I have cracks over the nails and the gel is breaking apart from my actual nail!!! Not to mention when I paid they charged me $50!!! I thought it was $35! Shit job will never go back actually woul love to get my money back. Will only keep going to deco nails near stop and shop in Avon. They have $45 gel nails (refil) but they do a great job, lasts for three weeks and they massage you. read more

I made an appointment for a mani-pedi, was greeted and helped right away, and was treated with the utmost care and professionalism. The place was very clean and did not smell like chemicals. The massage was wonderful, and my gel nails came out gorgeous. My nails are very fragile and tend to chip easily - still not a single chip after 12 days! I am very impressed. So me and my mom went in here because my mom wanted to get her nails done because we are leaving for vacation in a day. So we went in and they were very nice and understanding with my mom because she broke her arm recently. I wanted to get my gel nail polish removed because I have had it on for A long time now. So I asked if they did gel removal and it turns out they did. I sat down in the chair next to my moms as she was getting her nails done I was getting mine removed. So the women removing my polish took out foil and tools and proceeded to file my nail polish. Then she took pieces of cotton with acetone and put it on my nails. I think she let my nails soak for like 40 seconds to a minute tops. After she did that she took my nail out and started to scrape my polish off! Now I don't know anything about gel polish but from what I know you have to let I soak for at least 30 minutes before scraping it off. And then when she was done scraping she filed the top of my nails and filed a little bit of the tips. Not thinking anything of it I sat with my mom at the drying station, I noticed my nails were uneven and some were split and I could see chips and lower layers of my nails. So they botched my nails and we paid five dollars for them to do a crappy job of removing my gel polish and to mess up my nails really badly. I will never come back here because of the fact they destroyed my nails!!!! read more

Just had the best pedicure ever at Victoria's. A regular pedicure but they use hot stones. Also a great spa manicure. Highly recommend.
