Unfortunately it is a rebranded scuzzy pawn shop under the guise of LUX, not providing offers or service any better than the rest. With staff that does not seem to have real knowledge on luxury goods or gold jewelry. They rely on a scratch test for your gold and a AI app to authenticate your items... I've been to posh pawn a couple of times buying bags and jewelry. This new location is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I don't feel rushed or pressured. Staff members are very informative and do their best help you get exactly what you want when trying to make decisions on one or more items. I purchased a LV bag that my girlfriend has always wanted and LV discontinued the item. Angela assisted me and found the bag in great condition for a good price. I just had to get it. My girlfriend was very pleased with it. When looking at Jewlery I brought my girlfriend in and Angela again showed her many options. My only experience. I was in need of some money while waiting on a check. I emailed for an appointment on Wednesday. I received the confirmation from Posh Pawn to come in on Thursday. They gave me more than I needed to catch-up on two bills. I had a little bit extra left over. The store is clean and has the jewelry store feel to it . It doesn't look like a pawnshop and it doesn't feel like a pawnshop. The appointment was fast and easy. I even purchased a piece of Jewelry while I was there for a family member.
