Finding the right groomer for my Coco has always been a challenge, but I'm so glad we discovered Posh Paws. My husband's job is close by so typically he gets morning appts and drops Coco off before heading in to work. They offer a military discount which is always appreciated and being so close to the airforce base they stay busy. My pup usually gets nervous before grooming appointments, but he always comes out wagging his tail and looking happier than ever. I was immediately impressed by how welcoming, professional, and detail-oriented the team at Posh Paws is. They are appointment only and run a tight ship. If you are late they may or may not take you and you can possibly be charged a late fee. Coco is a Miniature Schnauzer and we like to keep him groomed with a Schnauzer cut. This is hands down the best consistent groomer that we have had where his cut is perfect everytime. If you have a high maintenance pup like us or just prefer for someone else to groom your fur baby, I highly recommend Posh Paws Pet Grooming. read more

Unfortunately I wish I would have read the reviews before booking a grooming for my golden retriever. I tried calling to book a mobile grooming and never received a call back so out of desperation decided to book online and drive the 30 minutes each way to take him in to be groomed. Upon arrival I was informed he wouldn't be getting a trim, even though I booked a full groom, details of what's included in the package online would be nice. I was not given a time frame or when to return. Then received a call at 2:55 (5 minutes before closing) that my dog was ready to be picked up. Followed up by a text that we would be charged $25 extra for showing up late. The lack of customer service is disappointing and we will not be returning. read more

The owner has the poorest customer service of any business owner I have ever encountered. When I started using Posh Paws mobile van, my appointment kept getting canceled and the grooming service was a no-show due to me "not confirming the text." I never got the text and had to prove this to the owner. After straightening that out and when I actually started receiving the texts, we consistently used them monthly; after missing the confirmation text in February, I contacted them to see if my puppy could be added to the schedule (before the work day began). I was told no; they said I was booked for the remainder of the year and we could pick up in March. Today, I reached out to confirm my March appointment because I had not received a text to confirm. Apparently because we missed last appointment, we have been dropped as clients - even though the texts say they will pick back up in March (see screenshot proof). Temperamental owner and poor customer service. I see numerous other reviews stating the same. If they treat the human customers this poorly, it makes me wonder how they treat the dogs who can't tell on them. Only giving one star because zero is not an option. read more

Do not, under any circumstances say anything that might be construed as a complaint or a criticism. Do not express concerns over your pet. They WILL drop you as a client. Some of the people working there will blow things out of proportion and then whine to the owner, who can't be bothered to address an issue with you personally. Been here several times now with our two pups and have never been disappointed. They treat our dogs like their own and they always look great after their hair cuts. We were referred to Posh Paws from the staff Southwood. A little a bit of further drive for us but worth it. Highly recommended! read more

I've been bringing my boys here for a couple of years and have always been pleased with the service provided to my fur babies. Today we came in for nail trims. I was told that my boys had not acted very good the last few times and I should take them to the vet. First, i didn't see any bad behavior; they clipped the quick on Jax last time and didn't finish all the nails. Second, why was I not informed of an issue? I've been using Posh Paws for at least a year and a half. I'm extremely disappointed. I've provided many positive recommendations in the past. The ladies here are amazing ! Posh paws has great pricing and friendly staff. I generally take my pup in for nail trimmings and recently took my Doberman here for a bath and nail trimming. Do NOT use posh paws grooming. I took my dog to be groomed there because we had been out of town for vacation and my he needed grooming. The staff is not polite upon arrival which should initially say a lot. First, I asked for a shorter hair cut and my dog came back BALD and completely shaved. They cut both of his ears with the clippers and his tail. I am having to keep ointment on his tail daily, because it is STILL BLEEDING. Second, when I got my dog back they made me feel like a bad owner because my dog had matted spots of hair. I normally brush his hair every day to avoid that but he was in the hands of his dog sitter who did not. Third, It took three hours to have my miniature yorkie groomed. My step mom has had the same issues with posh paws and we will not be using them again. read more

Where do I start. This place was not the friendliest nor helpful. I gave clear instructions on how to cut my Havanese. Havanese are fine hair pups that may often. Therefore I keep her brushes and groomed often. We just moved to the area and decided to give this a try because of the ratings. The first visit was ok so I decided to give them another chance. This time was a nightmare. The visit took over 4 hours. They say give them 3-4 hours. I even dropped my pup off early. When picking her up they had cut lower than requested and to the skin on her bottom. The only excuse given was that she was matted. This is beyond unacceptable. She's been matted before and never has she had to be cut so low and uneven. Needless to say I won't be returning and wish I could get my money back. read more

This is a hard one to review. The staff were not friendly upon arrival. I was told 3-4 hours for 2 small dogs but would call when ready. At 4 hours I went to pick them up (received no call) and was told she would need about 20 more minutes! My other dog was in the back nonstop barking. I had to tell them to get my barking dog so I could take him outside while she "finished" my Havenese. Obviously I paid and went outside with my other dog. About 15 minutes later a worker brings out my other dog and discloses he was the reason she was late which did not make sense. Mind you, she gave my long hair Chihuahua a good groom but not the Havenese. His face looked nicely cut but I don't think she cut his body except around the paws. It cost the going rate but I won't return. Over 4 hours is ridiculous! I don't know if the groomer had ever cut a Havenese even though I called before making the appointment.
