This is such a cute little boutique nail salon! They are very clean, friendly, and fun to chat with while getting pampered. The decor is VERY pink and every little detail matches to just make it a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy yourself while getting your nails done. My friend and I got the basic $25 pedicure which included a foot soak in a small tub (No jets, as the owner Sharon explained they are very hard to keep sanitary, but she did add a little fizzy tablet to the warm water as we soaked). This package also includes shaping and filing of our toenails, callous removal, a sugar scrub which felt AMAZING and a foot/leg massage with soothing lotion and finished with a polish of our choice and top coat. I really enjoyed the whole experience and atmosphere more than any other nail salon I have visited! read more

Had a mani/pedi at this salon for the first time. Ladies were nice and engaging and took time during my appointment. I brought my own brand new bottle of OPI polish because of an event and vacation. Within 24 hrs the polish on my hands started lifting off. The first one came off looking like I had one of those Lee Press-on nails. As I took a closer look at the other 9 nails, the polish was lifting off as well and simply not adhering to my nails at all. I called the salon and informed them of what happened and that I was upset because now I had no polish and no way of getting another manicure before my special event. I was informed that they had a "policy" of not using customers polish. I was never told this and my polish was eagerly applied without any mention of said "policy. I was also told "that's what happens with OPI polish". OPI is one of the best polish companies out there and of all my years getting manicures I've never had polish lift off as was the case with my treatment at Posh Pinky. It appears that there was too much oil left on my nail beds which prevented the polish from adhering to the nail. The disappointment came when Posh Pinky Salon refused to apologize or make any effort to "make things right". Granted I was a new customer, but any business that wants your business will acknowledge the issue and offer to fix the problem. They could have easily said, "I'm sorry that happened" or "I know that you have a special occasion coming up but call us when you return and we'll............", fill in the black, polish change, you name it but that didn't happen. I was hoping to have found a new salon, but I found disappointment instead. read more

This review is based more so on the 'experience' while receiving my service than the facility or the staff. The staff is very friendly. The 'salon' itself is decorated in a fun funky pink/black Paris theme vibe, which I liked. I made an appt for a pedicure. I showed up on time and didn't have to wait, which I appreciate. The gal doing my pedicure was super nice and took great detail in her work. But the chairs you sit in are awfully uncomfortable. Stylish and make a great first impression when you walk in, but to sit in them for an hour, nope. Not only that, but they use pedi-tubs. I'm fine with that. The massage chairs while getting pedicures are always nice, but the pedi-tubs are actually able to be sanitized and you are WAY less likely to get a fungus. However, these tubs 'slip' when your feet are in them. So as I'm sitting in this chair, uncomfortably, now I have to awkwardly hold myself up as well because if you put weight on the bowl, it slides. Even the gal doing my pedi said its a problem. I felt bad for her too. She was all hunched over on the ground, trying to work on my toes and keep that tub in place. If they just got some more comfortable chairs and a better system in place for those tubs, they'd be fine. But until then, it just was not at all relaxing or enjoyable and I was just anxiously waiting for it to be over so I could stretch. read more

This nail salon is adorable and wonderful. I treated myself to the top-of-the-line gel mani/pedi, and it did not disappoint. I had a fantastic time relaxing and chatting with the staff about various topics. I love the fact that they don't use harsh chemicals found in my local salons (which have caused nail damage). While on a sister's trip in St George my 3 sisters and i wanted to get a pedicure, we picked this place because of the reviews, big mistake! Salon is cute but very smal. We sat in uncomfortable chairs with straight backs lined up against the wall very close together, it would have been too close for comfort had it not been my sisters. Feet were in a plastic bucket of water, not the relaxing time we were looking for. They were friendly but not very skilled, I didn't even get my cuticles trimmed. I first wrote a review right after I got my nails done but now see that this place is awful I got my nails done about 1 1/2 weeks ago and although they looked all right walking out I broke two nails almost immediately doing nothing but putting clothes on. They were good to fix them for free but as the days followed I broke the same one she fixed and two others all from adjusting clothes and having them not only break but actually snap in half. One broke so badly from only adjusting my pants that it ripped more than halfway off leaving me with a very bloody finger. I would highly recommend not going here if you are looking for durable nails that won't leave you with bloody stumps for fingers. read more

Best salon in Southern Utah. Krystal is professional and talented! She's the only one I have found in Southern Utah that knows how to give a french manicure gel (and my nails last for weeks!) Krystal is excellent at listening to what her Clients ask for! Most salons in St. George, UT welcome walk-ins which is great for the walk-in, but not great if you need an appointment! I have had to sit in "spa pedicure" baths for 1 1/2 hours as other salons would try and accommodate walk-ins. Posh Pinky accepts appointments and keeps them! Seriously, this nail salon is the FINEST in St. George. It is right up the street from the outlets. You walk in and immediately think, "this is a great place!" The salon is neat and clean. I have been getting my nails done here for about a year and am absolutely pleased with their work every time. Their manicures are fabulous. They can do just about anything you would want. I am a huge fan of their stencils and my nails look perfect every time!! Their pedicures are WONDERFUL!!!! They do waterless pedicures and I actually like it so much better!! If you are a germaphobe like me, waterless pedicures are your answer. They have your feet looking beautiful and feeling wonderful. I have never had to wait for an appointment. Horrible! It's owned by a women and her daughter. My nails were done by the daughter and she does not have enough experience to be doing nails. Plenty of people are self taught but she was bad! Then she over charged me which I had no idea until I got the email with my receipt. I would rather have all my nails fall off and pay for a full set then go there. Save yourself the time and money and go to one of the other many salons here, wish I would have. Edit-I thought the daughter said she was self taught but I guess not. Now I would give an even worse rating if I could as I was giving her a break for that. Also, it was more than 30 days ago. It was about 6 months ago, I just kept forgetting to do my review until I drove by and it reminded me. read more

On the upside the staff was friendly and it seemed clean, but it is very over priced for what you get. We all had pedicures and they don't have nice relaxing chair with massagers built in or heat. To soak your feet they only had these cheap bowl things that didn't have running water or bubbles. The ladies here are the nicest, and the interior is clean, and really cute. I opted for the gel polish, because I've been told it lasts about two weeks. So I made an appointment, I showed up on time, and didn't have to wait. The manicure itself was good, but too much pressure was used with the tool used for cleaning up cuticles, and I ended up leaving with a few sore cuticles, and one of them actually wouldn't stop bleeding. Then the polish started chipping, and peeling off after six days, so I would recommend not expecting the gel polish to last longer than that, and asking them to be careful with your cuticles. read more

I recently went to Posh Pinky to get a gel manicure. I usually go to a different salon, but they were booked and I was impatient. I remembered passing by Posh Pinky a few times, and figured I should give them a try. I called them to find out the cost of gels ($10 more than where I usually go) and make an appointment (they were empty, which should've been an indicator). I went and got the manicure. The lady who did it was very friendly. I was a bit worried when she said she only had about a year of experience (after all, she was charging more than my usual lady who os much more experienced), but didn't think too much of it. The nails looked great, and there were few mistakes made- or so I thought. Within a week of getting the gels, THREE of them popped off without much effort, one of which actually broke and could not be re attached with super glue like the others. If you've ever gotten gels, you know this ISN'T supposed to happen. When I returned to politely ask for my money back, the owner of the salon informed me that they DON'T give refunds! Now I don't know about you, but I feel that this is an injustice. I received poor service, and so should not have to pay for it. If you're looking for a nail salon in Southern Utah, it would be wise to pass up Posh Pinky. There are better and less expensive options, like Team Angels. They're great at what they do, and much more professional. read more
