I get to the appointment, she does just the bottom of my brows and sent me on my way with no mirror or asking me how I like it, NOTHING and still charges me the full balance of $37 even though she did HALF the job! $37 for 4 minutes of work is absolutely disgusting! I will never in my life return to this business again that was extremely unprofessional and not cool because I have been coming to this business for years! She clearly has no consideration for her clients. I am an aesthetician myself, and I could never in my life imagine doing someone like that. Jenny spent so much time measuring and drawing - her preparation and attention to detail is expected in this job, but she takes it next-level in a really good way!! She made me feel comfortable with what we were doing, even though I'd gone in on a whim, and assured me that they would look natural and would follow my own hairline, simply filling in the spots that needed. She did not disappoint - the color is natural and blends with my natural eyebrows. They're just a more defined shape now, and I spend less time getting ready in the morning. My fiancé, who I have to add was against the procedure, even likes them and said they look natural, so that is also a plus.
