I'm not one to write bad reviews but this calls for one. I came in at 6 to get a mani pedi. I had shown a nail design that was fairly intricate. If someone couldn't do it I would expect them to say no. This nail tech said yes and said it would be expensive. I told her I didn't mind how much as long as it was what I wanted. Nail tech completely rushed through my nails. Very sloppy with the designs. I was trying to trust the process. I ended up hating the nails. They were uneven.. all different. I asked for them removed. I now see why so many customers have complained about the owner Sabrina's bitchiness and lack of professionalism. I've been a loyal customer for over six years. I brought my 3 1/2 year-old daughter in for her first mani pedi along with me yesterday, she was so excited and they treated her kindly. Cut to later in the afternoon, imagine my surprise when her manicure completely washed off in the pool after only a few minutes. Very strange as I've swam numerous times with manicures in my life to not have them instantly dissolve and come off in the water. I called the Salon later and Tina made some excuses and said it was because it wasn't gel and then it comes off when washing. I noted that my toenails were in regular/non-gel polish and they were fine, so I was just curious why it would've happened. She eventually said we could come back the next day, which we did. We walked in and I could immediately feel the attitude. Tina came over and started saying that it comes off and that's just how it happens and that we shouldn't be doing this. My daughter could sense the tension and started to look sad. Sabrina stood up from her customer, raising her voice and coming towards us said there is no warranty on nail polish the second you walk out blah blah blah. I noted how I wasn't trying to be difficult, and this wasn't about a warranty. I was simply trying to make my daughter happy and get her nails fixed. I reminded them I've been a loyal customer for years and this was my daughter's first manicure here. She was obviously disappointed that her manicure washed off only hours after so I figured I could bring her back in so that they could make it right. Perhaps it was a weird nail polish type or color that caused it? Everyone was so rude, Sabrina yelled at us in front of all the other customers, so I did not feel comfortable letting my daughter sit there and we left. She started bawling crying. I don't know why this salon has a 3.5 it should be a 5 star rating. I have been coming to this Salon for 7 years. The owner Sabrina and her staff are so friendly nice and professional. The salon is also very clean and parking is not a problem. I had went to the salon on a rainy day and they accepted my last minute appointment even when busy during this holiday season and rainy season. I was not satisfied with this nail salon. They don't even know what almond nail shape is -- instead of almond, they did oval. I explained clearly what I wanted: refill on my natural nails, color, manicure, removal of the old nails, and we discussed the price. But the manicure was not done. The cuticles were left, and the polish touched my skin. The gel was applied so thick on my natural nails that they looked bulky and my hands looked rough. The owner of this salon is very rude. I realized every time I come here she charges me more for the same work. She charged me 80$ for an acrylic fill set because my nails were "too long" which she didn't even see herself. I called today to ask why I was charged so much and she was screaming at me and she hung up on me. Well I only give it three stars because my lady was so sweet. But she convinced me to get the "stronger" version of gel that's supposed to be better for your nails. Now after she put the putty on my nails and I put my hand under the UV light thing my nail bed literally burned for a few seconds. I've had several gel manicures. I get them because I'm a flight attendant and they chip so easily! Anyways I paid 60$ for this manicure and they literally chipped the day after I got them done. I wasn't even doing anything crazy. One day of work and that's all. My typical gel manicure lasts at least one week. I hate that I paid sooooo much more for something that chips within 24 hours. There's another salon right by here that does better and is cheaper, and more nearby. read more

The absolute worst nail salon I have ever been to. I went in for acrylic nails. The woman filled my natural nails to the point you could see through them. Then attached the acrylic nail. Two other salon workers kept trying to up-sale me to get gels. I told them repeatedly that I have never had a problem with acrylic nails. They are very strong The gels were an extra $10.00 When she put my hand in the UV dryer to cure them it hurt so bad, like my nails were on fire. She said that is because your nails are so thin. There products are trash and unless you wanna spend $160 for a manicure and pedicure (GEL) and then be ready to spend that again in 3 days then sure. But I like to get a mani & pedi and wait 3 weeks... ya know. But no not here, coming to this place you will need to get your nails redone in 3 days. Service : it's quite obvious that they are talking about the clients under their breath. They don't really take their time with your nails, they rush and do a pretty shitty job. And you better not forget to ask them to clean up your nails before putting polish cuz they will skip that whole step and try to throw nail polish on you without cutting your cuticle (oh yea and they charge for this). Price: they literally charge for every little thing. It's pretty ridiculous. Like I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure and they charge me extra to clean and cut my cuticle !!!? I thought that would just be apart of my MANICURE ! That's ridiculous. Product: at most nails shops or at least GOOD nail shops, my gel pedicure will last up to 1 month before I need a fill. (Obviously my toe nails grow but the polish usually holds on) this place tho, will have you in a nail shop three days later as you can see in my Pictured. I went in on Tuesday and it is now Friday ! Tina the sister of the owner was complaining about it and rushing so much that she did not do the nail color well and charged me another $20 beside the $40 prior to that for the manicure .. so i end up paying $60 for a gel manicure. Shady!! Shady!! Shady!! I did myself a disservice and did not check reviews first, because they were the only nail salon nearby with plenty of openings...I called before coming and was quoted $65 and up, for Gel X...I asked what is $65 and she told me "short nails." I get there, do Gel X, they couldn't do fills, so they did a full replacement... I also got a pedicure $30. I get to the register and this lady, tries to charge me $130!!! I own my own business, have 2 degrees and am very clear on how to do BASIC math!! How did $65 and $30 become $130!!! Basically, I was told the original Gel X removal, was an additional $15!! Okay. So we should be at $110 now, but then she told me, there was an additional charge, because I have a WIDE NAIL BED!!! My hands and fingers are Slim and I also have narrow feet!! Really!!! No wonder the nail tech, kept saying "you have wide nail bed," because she was trying to set me up for the scam! And, even though I requested short nails, I was told they're only considered short, if they're SQUARE!! This is the first nail salon, I have ever been to, where a square nail, is the only shape that can be considered short - regardless of whether the nail length you selected, is short...just because it happens to be in a different shape!! I even made sure to confirm "these are short right?" And she said "Yes, short." So, how are they no longer short, after getting to the register! This place is full of scam artists!! No wonder they were the only place, with openings! If you care about honesty, integrity and professionalism - I wouldn't go to this nail establishment...there's plenty others, including at the nearby mall...save yourself the headache, unless you're willing to pay whatever just to get your nails done...including a wide finger fee!! Last week was our wedding. A day before the wedding my wife went to the Posh Salon to get her nails done and got "gel nails" (A.K.A. Shellac nails). The nails looked great when she left. That same night, right before the wedding the nails began to smear and the nail vonish was coming off. The day after the wedding my wife returned to the Salon to show them proof about the poorly done nails. The Manager Sabrina came out to attend and when my wife had asked for a refund she shouted abruptly "No" in front of all her other customers and said she will redo it again but no refunds. It was such an embarrassment and why would she want to get it redone by a rude Manager whose done such a poor job the first time. If your looking to have your nails look like trash for $32+ bucks and to be treated like cattle then I highly recommend going here. I called and made 3 appointments for my mom myself and father. I sat for 25 with feet in water prior to someone coming to take care of my pedicure. My nails are not even and neither is the paint job. I also requested Gel X which after sitting for 90 min ( with an appointment) was never done. My mother got Gel X but they look horrible. I came to this salon to do my manicure (to Trini) and pedicure (to Tina) on July, 1 and paid 100 dollars for this. The coating on all my nails cracked a week after I did the manicure. My cuticles were not removed properly, especially on the legs - it was being torn off and the entire area around the nails was cut, fingers were bleeding and the master didn't even apply an antiseptic! A gel polish was poorly applied, the footplate was not cleaned out, but the worst thing is that the coating cracked deeply within a week. When I came to the salon to ask to redo or fix the coating on my hands, a pedicure master Tina said that in her opinion the problem was not in their professionalism, but in my nails and she told me they can remake only 3 nails (8 nails were cracked, though) for an additional fee!!!
