Unfortunately, that was not the case. The technician I was assigned seemed unfamiliar with the color I was requesting and struggled to understand what I wanted. The polish application was poorly done, with bubbles and an uneven finish, requiring it to be removed and redone. Even after explaining that I wanted a pearl or shimmery color, I was not given suitable options and ended up with plain white nails--a color I did not want. To make matters worse, the service felt rushed. My pedicure was incomplete, and I never received the foot massage that is normally part of the experience. After spending extra time correcting mistakes, I was quickly sent on my way. I have been a customer for some time, which made this experience especially frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better service and attention to detail.

My mani pedi was basic and with regular polish was $55 which was kinda pricey. I paid with Zelle to avoid the 4% fee they charge if you use a credit card. Although my technicians were friendly, I wouldn't return. I wanted my nails done for my wedding and if you don't look too closely, my nails look fine.

It's a pretty straightforward setup. Tons of spa chairs on one side, and manicure stations on the other. The chairs are comfy, equipped with a drain system and nice massager thingies. Debbie took out a plastic packet with all the needed implements in it, so I was totally at ease, knowing bacteria wasn't an issue. The spa pedicure was $19, and very nicely done considering that it was the very very end of her day. Prices are really reasonable considering it's el valle.

There are no tables/desk for manicures, only the…read morebig pedicure chairs which makes the manucure complicated because 1) the nail tech is not in front of you so you have to extend your arm and twist your back whenever they do your opposite hand and 2) they did not let me take my shoes so my feet were hanging on the side to avoir putting them in the bucket. I already had a set of Gel X and taking them out was so painful, I have never felt pain during that part but she only used the biggest bit and was pressing extremely hard on my nails which left a purple color at the basis of the nails. She cut the nails short but did not file them so now my real nail pokes out on the side of the gel X caps. (I tried to ask for filing but she did not understand my request) She also kept on putting the massage chair on which had those back punches and then get upset because my hand would move (I tried to stop the machine but she would turn it back on). The result doesn't look too bad but it's not clean, my nails and cuticles still hurt over 24h later and it feels very fragile. The staff was very nice but the whole service felt very rushed and uncomfortable. Not worth the $80...
