I barely have any lashes so getting these extensions have been such a game changer. I get so many compliments and my daily routine is now 5 mins or less which is amazing for my hectic life. The prices are competitive but I am a true believer of you get what you pay for. My extensions will last me 3-4 weeks. I work with Aimiee and Kelly, both who are great at their craft and truly take the time to listen to what you want. Not only are they concern with how glam your lashes are, they take particular care to the health of your lashes. Originally I intended to get a set of lashes installed but after Izzy and I talked and my brows/lashes were looked over, we decided a lash lift and brow lamination were more my style. I figured they'd work perfectly with my weekday lazy girl makeup routine. The entire appointment was great, we chatted, I was given some much needed advice on how to start my brow grow out journey and what products can help with it, and got to learn a bit more about what the salon offers. In chatting I learned that the salon's been open for about two years and she participates in class pass, which is always a huge plus these days. She cares about making you look your best & made sure to give me an idea of what to expect at the start. I really appreciated that we talked before she started because once I got cozy, I wouldn't have been fully listening and fighting sleep. This surprises me but the appointment was actually so relaxing. I'd love to go back and see what other beauty treatments I can nap through. The space itself is super cute and has room for multiple services. There are private treatment rooms and a more open space currently for lashes & brows. The prices listed on the services menu also looked super reasonable to me - pro-tip: at home lash lifts don't go well (trust me), skip the DIY and treat yourself. My lashes look longer, darker, and perfectly lifted -- no mascara needed. The brow lamination gave my brows a fuller, more defined shape that still looks natural. This was my first brow lamination and second time getting a lash lift. The whole process was surprisingly relaxing and I was comfortable the entire time. It took about an hour in total, and the results were fantastic. I was looking for a subtle yet noticeable beauty boost since I don't wear much makeup. The vibe of the place is so chill as well. I would go back to Bibi again and again.

The girl who did my diamond glow facial didn't lower the suction around my delicate eye skin like you are supposed to do and i got broken capillaries and bruising that is still lingering from one month ago. It also wasn't accompanied by a full facial. Skin cleaning and then the machine and it was over. Seems like some plastic surgeons just slapped "med spa" on their practice and it isn't an actual spa service most hope for.

Strike 1: I booked with Vann but when I showed up they were just like, "Oh, Eric's going to do it." I thought, "Okay, I only read Vann's profile online, so I have no clue about Eric's background and here he is about to wax my face." I didn't say anything but was trying to subtly understand his expertise. The other owner (Rob) chimed in like, "Oh, Eric's great at everything." Strike 2: The wax was way too hot and I had to wait like 10 mins for it to cool down. If this is something by yall do, why is overheated wax a thing?? Strike 3: Eric's technique was slow, "off" and definitely seemed amateur. He was also asking me too many questions for feedback along the way. I'm thinking, "Sir, you're supposed to be the expert here..." Strike 4: He was "done" and was ready to send me on my way without cleaning up the top of my brows. Like who does that?!? In 20+ years I've never had a brow waxing where the tech didn't automatically clean around the top. I CLEARLY grow a lot of strays all around there. I shouldn't have had to ask him to finish the job. He was like "Oh, I should do that?" Bruh...YES!! I can say that the staff I encountered were kind and I appreciated the easy online booking--the only reason why this is a 2 vs a 1. If you're going to advertise "brow shaping" and charge $27 for a basic job, at least hire someone who can dedicate themselves to doing it well--don't just have unsuspecting clients get a random job by a hair stylist. She even put a hair piece in my hair without asking me first, which added an extra cost I never agreed to. When I expressed concerns about how my hair looked, I felt completely dismissed or that what I was asking for wasn't possible. (A basic half up half down) When I got home, even my friends were shocked by how bad it looked, and I ended up having to redo everything myself before my event. I also emailed the salon afterward to address my concerns and never received a response, which was even more disappointing.
