I would have preferred a bit more fish but the abundance of other toppings made up for it. Good wakame and sauces. Friendly staff who brings it right out to your car (mid quarantine). Just text when you are on your way or when you've arrived if you don't mind a few minute wait while they prepare it fresh.

Incredibly good food by a very progressive Green Bay native who has come back home. Chris's…read morecreativity and skill are matched by his affability and approachability. He is only open to the public on Wednesday evenings, when the small plate choices change weekly. The rest of the time, he has private events and caters. The most recent Wednesday three of us dined, we sampled Olives + sweet &spicy almonds Malpeque oysters on the half shell with ponzu sauce Twin elm garden petite carrots/ white balsamic/ honey/ pecorino Brussel sprouts/ golden raisin/ aged sherry vinegar/ cashew BLACK TRUFFLE RISOTTO/carnaroli rice/baby leek. INCREDIBLY GOOD. HAD SHAVED BLACK TRUFFLES ON IT MMMMM Oatmeal cream tart/ pecan praline/ kumquat jam/ salty maple ice cream. This was absolutely one of the best desserts ever. As you can see, Chris is very selective with ingredients. But, likely none of the above will be on the menu next week, which makes it even more appealing. The real beauty of all of this is very reasonable prices in a very warm atmosphere.

We hired and paid KFS Catering (KfS catering ), operated by Kenneth Sherman, for our wedding. He arrived at the venue late, and during service he left, saying he had run out of gas. He never came back. His catering trailer was left behind at the property, while his crew was left there trying to finish the job without him. Because Kenneth left during the event and his workers told us they had not been paid, my husband and I ended up paying six workers $500 EACH out of our own pocket so they would stay and try to get our guests fed. We had already paid KFS Catering for the service, so this was an additional expense we never should have had to take on. He never even serviced any appetizers as we had agreed. The food situation was also extremely concerning. The chicken, steak, and fish we received were undercooked/raw. This was our WEDDING DAY. Instead of enjoying our reception, we were dealing with unsafe food, a caterer who disappeared in the middle of service, and workers who had been left behind. We have photos, videos, messages, receipts, our contract, witnesses, and documentation of what occurred. We are preserving everything and will be pursuing the appropriate legal remedies against Kenneth Sherman/KFS Catering. I'm sharing our personal experience because I would never want another bride or family to go through what we experienced. Please do your research before hiring KFS Catering or Kenneth Sherman. Brides, protect yourselves, get everything in writing, and document EVERYTHING.

I spoke to him around noon on the 3rd to confirm, after much emailing back and forth. He was packing up at that time. At about 3:30 I received text he was running late and would be on location at 4:15. The ceremony was very small and our group was very small. I was not concerned at that point that he was running late. We started calling and texting at 4:30 with no response. Ceremony came and went, our group was hungry and Ken never showed up. How embarrassing for the mother of the bride who had one job: to hire a caterer. He never showed and never called or texted. We received a text two days later that he left his phone and keys on washroom counter and they were taken. At that time he said he would be reimbursing my money. It was a very sad situation. I understand he had a situation but honestly, this ruined my day.
