We served pies and cake, all of which was very average! They provided paper plates and paper towels. Appetizers was a cheese and sausage spread, vegetable tray and a smoked salmon (which we had to pay separate and deliver to them) They also provided the table clothes which we had to pick up and return. We received an email 3 days before our wedding that the smoked salmon that we ordered months ago was not available but if I wanted to drive to another city to pick it up and bring it to them I could. What!? I ended up calling the same company that they use and got it locally. I had to drive locally and pick up the fish and bring it over to Biebels, the day before the wedding. As if we did not have enough things going on. They were nice to work with but their performance, quality, and price scored them this poor review. **Update** They charged us over $100 for a "missing table cloth"...10 days after we delivered them back to them.
