We were a party of five on a Thursday evening in May. The main level offers a fine dining experience and an excellent venue for a romantic evening or special occasion celebration. Our party was coming together from three different states after a day of travel, so we opted for the more relaxed but also impressive space upstairs. Drinks ordered included: Cadillac Margarita, Billionaire, Hypnotize Me, a Four Beer Sampler and an Espresso Martini. Each drink was impressive and seemed to have something setting it apart enough to talk about. If you're going to have a drink, these are some worthwhile choices. Our party opted to have the $35 Prix Fixe, which includes one first course, a small plate and a dessert. We also ordered Bread for Four and Sides of Mushroom Risotto and Steak Fries for the table to share. With everything being noteworthy, were do you start or end talking about the food? For this review, I'm choosing to highlight the small plates. This is what we ordered: Volcano Shrimp: lightly battered and tossed in a sweet and sour Thai sauce Chefusion Au Gratin: slow braised beef short rib, Nueske bacon and ricotta gnocchi with four cheese blend Mediterranean Steak & Andouille Paella: saffron rice, onions, carrots, andouille sausage & spices with beef tenderloin Filet Crostini: two 3 oz grilled filet mignon, demi, parmesan cheese, house made crostini, pesto, horseradish aioli We all left completely sated, happy and with the memories of an excellent meal. Highly Recommended

Had a wide range of good bites at Chefusion Ordered the avocado buratta salad to start, the chefs platter (cheese curds, bacon wrapped tater tots, and shrimp) and the bread spread as apps and all were great. For a main course, we ordered the tenderloin crostini, the burger, and the tenderloin plate. For desert, we all shared the lemon cake. Service was pretty good! We had a reservation and were able to site upstairs. Highly recommend getting a table upstairs, it is quieter and more spacious. Will be back!

Didn't realize they have a new chef who took over. Totally different menu. Should've change the name because it's definitely not Chefusion. The food isn't the same. The atmosphere is still nice fine dining but the quality of the food has gone down. Cuts of meat seem cheap and quality of food is horrible. It's flavorless steak, boxed mashed potatoes, salty lobster and weird tasting pesto on steak. Just not the same. Don't expect the old quality find dining food.

My fiancée & I came here on a date night from out of town. The espresso martini was chefs kiss, they poured the perfect amount into my glass. We had two palate cleansers, the first one was a bite size piece of asparagus, a little ricotta cheese and a sunflower leaf. It tasted like I was eating grass. The second one was a spoonful of frothy lime juice. Not bad, but definitely odd. The steak and lobster were delicious. They forgot my shrimp until I said something but was still great. Everyone was very friendly, had a smile on their face and it was fast service.

Chefusion is one of my moms favorite restaurants and I'm glad I had a chance to try it with her. The ambiance is older and a little outdated but it's still a very cozy, intimate vibe. The service is excellent and our server was very friendly. The bread basket was alright, it came with three different spreads and many different types of bread. For my first course, I had the grilled avocado and burrata salad. It was okay, I thought there was too much oil and the avocado was brown. The charred burrata was good. For the main course I ordered the filet mignon which came with 2 small filets on a crostini/bread with pesto, aioli, demi glaze, and Parmesan. Wow! It was quite delicious, the bread was buttery and light and the different sauces added so much good flavor. My only critique is the "salad" on the side was just mixed greens and no dressing or anything, kinda odd, I ended up just leaving them on my plate. For the last course, dessert, I ordered the butter cake and it was very rich and delicious! The ice cream and fresh strawberries balance the intense sweetness and heaviness of the butter cake, I almost wish there was a little more because it was a little heavy for me. Overall, great experience and definitely worth a try in Green Bay!

Upstairs is better than downstairs Mixed drinks are delicious but ask about what is underrated Beer selection is pretty solid if you like options Dessert....there should only be one option! Green Bay's best dessert lives here! Ask your server!

This place! We were in town for the weekend and were told this place was a must try. It exceeded our expectations. The service was stellar, the food was beyond amazing and the atmosphere was beautiful and romantic. I would drive back up from Chicago just to eat here. Amazing experience!

A fine dining experience with cocktails shaken at the table, adventurous cuisine and a particularly fine steak offering. Very attractive dining room and atmosphere, attentive and professional wait staff. An excellent choice for a memorable experience or to mark an important occasion.

Wow! What an experience! We shared a bunch of combo appetizers between our group and they were great. The bacon wrapped, curd filled tater tot was a nice surprise. I had the lobster bisque, with a steak & lobster combo, and a brownie dessert. Service was perfect. Everything you would expect from a fancy restaurant! I would certainly return.

One of my go-to spots in Green Bay for fine dining (and eclectic dining)! Formal fancy dining on the main floor and casual dining upstairs. Awesome good and friendly service. While the multi course meals are an experience, the small plates provide quite a quite satisfying portion size, especially if you order a side of Parmesan truffle fries for the table (and those alone are worth dining here for). Great selection of wine and craft beers (you can even order a beer flight), along with a nice selection of cocktails (although my New Old Fashioned seemed to lack sweetness). Highly recommend

Chefusion is too expensive for the quality of the food. Our meals were not prepared and were not flavorful. We won't be going back.

I recently had dinner at KC's with my father, and after thinking about my first experience there, I…read morerealized I may have been a little too hard on the restaurant in my initial review. I allowed one or two things that weren't necessarily to my personal taste to weigh too heavily on my overall impression--especially when I hadn't really given myself the opportunity to explore much of their menu. So, rather than writing KC's off, I'm actually excited to go back! This was my first visit and my dad's second. He had already spoken very highly of KC's and encouraged me to give it a try. My father and I share a love of good food, but like anyone else, we have our own individual tastes and preferences. Part of the fun of trying a new restaurant is discovering what works for you--and sometimes that takes more than one visit. First, KC's deserves a lot of credit for its atmosphere. I found it extremely welcoming and comfortable, with décor that blends a classic feel with a more modern touch. We chose a booth inside, and the seating was very comfortable. They also have a really nice outdoor dining area. Personally, the one thing that would keep me from choosing the patio is that smoking is allowed outside. That's simply a preference of mine. When I eat outdoors, I really enjoy the fresh air and would rather not have cigarette smoke nearby. I'd love to see KC's reconsider that policy someday, but I also understand that restaurants have to make decisions based on what works for their establishment and customers. It wasn't overly busy during our visit, and we were greeted and seated quickly. Our server, who was also tending the bar, was friendly, welcoming, and took good care of us. Now, about my burger--and this is where I have to own my mistake! I ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger knowing full well that I'm not particularly fond of cremini mushrooms. I decided I was going to give them another chance, and, well... apparently my taste buds haven't changed their minds! That isn't KC's fault. I ordered something containing an ingredient I already knew wasn't really for me. What I absolutely appreciated was that KC's uses quality, fresh hamburger rather than frozen patties. That makes a difference. For my own taste, I might go a little lighter on the seasoning, but again, that comes down to personal preference. I also sampled several tacos, and this is where things got interesting! The Ch-Ching Chicken Taco was fantastic. That one was easily a winner for me. It was flavorful, delicious, and I absolutely loved the sweet Thai chili sauce. I will DEFINITELY be ordering those again. I also tried the Alta Fish Taco, which I thought was good, although it had a little more heat than my taste buds are accustomed to. The Steak Fajita Taco was good as well, but once again had a bit of a kick for me. Someone who enjoys spicier food may absolutely love them. My dad ordered the veggie burger, which he had been raving about before we even arrived. It lived up to his expectations, and he loved it. He also tried the Brusslin Taco and really enjoyed that as well. At the end of the day, my father and I had a genuinely nice evening together at KC's. Looking back, I don't think it was entirely fair for me to let one burger that didn't suit my personal tastes influence my opinion of an entire restaurant--especially when there were other things I tried that I really enjoyed. Restaurants have menus for a reason: not everything is going to appeal to everyone, and sometimes you simply have to find your dish. That's why I'm looking forward to giving KC's another visit and exploring more of the menu. I already have my eye on the Rodeo Burger for next time! And those Ch-Ching Chicken Tacos? Oh, I'm definitely coming back for more of those.

Well we have been to KC's Kitchen & Cocktails about 5 times now (3-4 people)…read more Always enjoyed the selection of food items. Very good and tasty. Different then your average bar. Sad to say we had a bad experience yesterday afternoon (5/30/2026). The Cheese Curds, Veggie Burger and Bacon in the Chicken Wrap were all overcooked. Had to ask for silverware (can't eat soup without it ) ! And the Lavender Lemonade just tasted like regular Lemonade. Not sure what was going on but whoever the cook was needs to keep more of an eye on what's being cooked !
