Everything feels modern and redone, especially the bathroom which was so sleek. Rooms come with patios and ocean views. If you are on the side you get a really nice partial ocean view, or you can pay more to stay in the back and have a full on ocean view. The grounds are just fantastic. A gorgeous heated pool, tons of chair space on the beach, and an additional deck of chairs on a sandy area that overlooks the beach. You can post up there with views of the pool on one side and views of the beach on the other. Seating for the bars and restaurant are all over. You are never too far away from food or drinks. There are plenty of eating options like the casual beach bar or coffee shop, or you can sit for a meal at Latitudes. We loved everything that we ate and drink. Staff was above and beyond friendly and accomodating. I had a few family members visit since we were in town to see my 93 year old Grandma. They did not give me a hard time about this. It's been tough on my family since my Grandma is not doing well, and I really appreciate their kindness to let my family visit as day visitors. A day here raised everyone's spirits immensely. Parking is overpriced and there really isn't anywhere else to put your car, so valet is sort of only way. That was truly the only downside of our stay. Oh! We also loved the craft table that they had set up for the kiddos. And I can't forget to mention the daily live music which was SO fun. This is a wonderful pick for a beachfront stay in Jupiter. To start, I could not connect my computer to the WiFi and needed to for work. The guy at the front desk said he would help me but was off in 5 minutes so for me to call a help desk. I chose to use my cellphone hotspot as I needed to connect for work. The food was not good at all. I had Rockefeller oysters and Mediterranean plate had to send the plate back which I never do. The oysters were size of a quarter and very expensive in excess of $30. I ordered room service a plate of fruit and that looked like it had been cut one week before. I went down to use pool and there were no attendants, no towels, no drinks/food that was entirely shut down and it was 6pm. I was going to stay two days but left after one. At $300 a night for basic room I expect more. I would not return.

The people running the scheduling are so amazing, their names are Peter Marrano and Josie (not positive on last name). Always so helpful and make sure everything is up to par with the units. You will have to book a few months in advance because so many people are trying to get units. There are many units of different sizes. We stayed in D7 villa and it was awesome! It was two bedroom (two beds in guest room) and full kitchen and two bath. They always have washer and dryer in your unit and have such a nice patio for you to sit in the morning. The view of the lake is incredible with fountains and a walk way around. It is full of bass if you enjoy fishing. Our favorite thing is that it is located to everything you would want to do in Florida. There is a restaurant called twisted tuna right next to the pool which has good sushi and a fantastic happy hour. If you need a condo to stay in, don't look past this one!

Management provided constant communication to ensure our stay was comfortable and inquired if we needed anything. Check in was simple and we were able to access the room using a code. We were assigned to park right in front our room which was very convenient. Check out only required us to take out the trash and place it in a dumpster which was at the end of the parking lot and hidden discreetly so as not to ruin the aesthetics. It was well manicured and decorated inside and out. There were outdoor spaces to sit and relax. It is a safe area and you can easily walk to the various plazas around. We came back to the room one day and Marilyn was upstairs. I went upstairs to introduce myself and she was shutting the door to another room in the hall knowing I was coming up the stairs. I said Hi, are you Marilyn and she poked her head out and said yes, I don't have a bra on. OK, that was quite awkward. She never made an attempt to come introduce herself to us. Never let us know that no breakfast will ever be served. She should've let us know how to go about using the bikes and or kayaks that are supposably there for guest use. On a positive note, we absolutely loved the area. There are lots of walkways, a park, the water, and restaurants. The porch was a pleasure to sit and relax. There are 2 community refrigerators and a nice coffee/tea maker. The home itself looks nice but not welcoming to guests that might want to sit in the living room to get out of their little room for a bit. Overall, I would not stay there again. If Marilyn doesn't want to run the home anymore, she should hire someone to run it. Seemed to me that she had no interest in making us feel welcome. Also, I saw her outside the home as I was preparing to leave at checkout at 11:00. I mentioned to her that our flight was not until 7:30 that evening. She tells me there is a Top Golf near the airport that we can go hang out in. A welcoming person would've said you are welcome to hang out on the porch if you would like. We were the only guests in the home the entire 5 days. I needed to go back on the porch as I forgot something, and the keypad already had us locked out at 11:02. Not welcoming at all. I gave it 2 stars for the location. The place has a lot of potential and could've been such a better experience. Luckily for us, we know how to enjoy ourselves wherever we go. We had a great time exploring Stuart, Jensen Beach, Fort Pierce, Port St Lucie and Fort Lauderdale. Florida is beautiful.

Don't get me wrong there are a few who are not to community minded but we just stay clear from them. The park is ok. It need a lot of little fixer up things like the concrete pads at the sites, the roads, the WiFi is really weak, the pool isn't warm enough and they say it's heated but the biggest thing is the stuff (junk) that people have at there sites is out of control. The management here, Gary & Sherri, do a good job trying to stay on top of things but it's all about the home office and money. I'll keep coming back because of the price and the people.
