We used them for: - pickup at our Naples hotel, then to Pompeii, then to a wine tour/lunch and then onto our hotel in Positano. - pickup at our Positano hotel, then to the trailhead of a hike, then a pickup at the end of the trail and then back to our Positano hotel. - pickup at our Positano hotel, then to a wine tour, then to an Amalfi restaurant and then back to our Positano hotel. - pickup at our Positano hotel and drive us to the airport in Rome. In every case, the driver was early and exactly where he was supposed to be, the cars were clean and well maintained and the driving experience was safe and calm. Each of the drivers were very professional and engaging. I worked with Luciano extensively before and during our trip as our plans and needs changed. Rainbow Limos was highly recommended by a friend and prices seemed quite comparable to other private transport. They picked us up at the Naples train station and drove us to Positano with a stop for a prearranged private tour (that they set up) of Pompeii, then at the end of our stay picked us up at our hotel and took us to Naples airport. If you have the budget I would highly recommend the guided Pompeii tour - I think we got a lot more out of it than if we had been wandering around on our own. They were efficient in communication ahead of time, very clear on details and prices via email, on time/ahead of time for pick ups, and we felt very safe with them. They were extremely kind when our train from Rome was delayed and helped make sure our private Pompeii tour could still happen. Would absolutely use them again!

He was a great driver, was mindful of traffic patterns, and very experienced with the coast, as he was born and raised and now lives in Sorrento coast (he also speaks English). Very dependable, he was on time and prompt , both times. He was very friendly, and gave us a lot of information about sights along the way, including Mt. Vesuvius, Pompei, various islands. We talked a great deal about food, and he recommended the typical Amalfi and Sorrento coast dishes, which included my very favorite dish of the trip- spaghetti vongole (with clams). Seeing we had a passion for food, Nello made sure to include a short stop for authentic Sicilian pastries at a local Sorrento shop, and they were exquisite. Our hotel booked us rides to and from Naples with this company. We had one very good ride with a…read moredriver who was really friendly and excited it was our first time on the Amalfi coast. He didn't speak much English, but he used a translation app to talk to us a bit, which was nice. Unfortunately our second ride wasn't great; we were picked up at 8 AM and the driver told us we'd need to pay cash because the office wouldn't open until 9:30. That was the first we'd heard of that and we were almost out of cash. We asked him to stop at a bank so we could get cash (without exorbitant fees) and he refused and wanted us to go to roadside ATMs with crazy fees. We ended up arriving at 9:30 so we could pay by card, so it didn't even matter anyway. Then the driver pointedly told us tip wasn't included, which I found really obnoxious and inappropriate. We felt forced to give him 5 Euros even though we weren't really happy with his service. I think they're also overpriced; we were charged 120 EUR for each ride but were quoted 85 by another company that shuttled us to dinner one night (Flavio & Gioia cab service). I'd use them instead.

The car ride was from Naples to Pompeii and back. The price was very reasonable. This is not really a taxi, but a private car service. The vehicle we were in was a nice 6 or 7 seat Mercedes van. The driver was really a good guy and pointed out things as we went. He was early at our return pickup, which was very nice, as a lot of things have not been running on time for us. :-) The car service takes care of all of the Bay of Naples area and can arrange tours for you as well. I think that if you book with this company, you will be very pleased.
