We were ushered to our seats and the service started off pretty okay, the tools used to stimulate our heads and hair was nice until they wet our hair and the scratching was very rough, it was painful. No one asked me how the pressure or temperature was nor my friend. I was wincing in pain during the scratching. The shampoo smelled nice and the shoulder massage was very nice. The tech proceeded to finish up and blow dry my hair with very high heat without asking. Once finished, my friend was teary eyed. She had old me they yanked her earring out. We were both distraught and wanted to leave quickly. We went to pay and the lady had the audacity to ask for a tip. We left and when we got to the car we realized it needed medical attention, all that the er could do was saline treat it and prescribe antibiotics. My friend not being a local is leaving tomorrow and wanted a refund for the service. We called and they all acted like they had no idea that the incident had happened asking for pictures and saying they didn't know. The lady hurried us off the phone saying she needed to confirm with the masseuse and called us back saying we needed to file an insurance claim. We asked about our cash being refunded and they said a claim needed to be filed first. Being that she's from out of town we don't have time to wait around for that. The manager called back and said we could come by after 6pm and to update them after the ER visit if they needed to pay any medical bills. It is appreciated but shouldnt have taken four phone calls. Juliana was very prompt in responding and we had two sessions scheduled within a matter of a few hours. Rates are 60 minutes for $90 dollars and 90 minutes for $125. A very competitive rate. She also sends an online form for you to fill out listing the areas you need to have worked on. Juliana brings all her equipment with her and brings it all together to provide a great experience. She is a skilled therapist who uses a variety of tools and techniques to work all the knots and stress out. She uses hot packs, deep pressure, cupping and the massage gun. Hot stones are also available for $15 more. Definitely recommend you use Mobile Massage when you need to get rid of those aches and pains.
