I stopped here for a quick massage, and had an overall positive experience. However, it is good to set your expectations right before you booked. First of all, this is an Asian styled massage. It is not Swedish, so they will go all in. It is closer to Deep Tissues and it feels amazing. They will work your muscles so do not expect that you will fall asleep. Second of all, some mentioned that you pay up front before you get the massage. Knowing this, I was not surprised when I was greeted and asked to pay before hand. However, I did not add tips to the receipt until after the massage. I like to tip based on how much I enjoy the massage, and not because of the standard 20-25% for personal types services. Third of all, it was unnerving to me that the lady who showed me into the room was not the gentleman who did the massage. Not that I was against having a male masseuse, but being greeted by the person providing the service would have been nice and courteous. Perhaps a "do you have a preference over male or female masseuse?", or "would it be ok if your masseuse is male?" would have been appreciated. I did not realize my masseuse was male until he asked me to flip over (to my back) Last but not least, it was a decent massage. He got all my knots out. The table was a little uncomfortable, as there's not much padding to the table itself. The head rest was a hole in the table (vs. the padded portable head rest you might be used to), and it hurts my chin a little. I liked that the hot stone massage was included, and that they use a damp towel to wipe down the massage oil. I appreciate that as leaving with oiling hair and skin is usually so uncomfortable. I might come back but will probably specify to meet the person providing the service, instead of being surprised half way through. read more

We had such an amazing experience here! From the moment we walked in, Adele at the front desk made us feel so taken care of. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly wanted to make sure everything was perfect for our couples massage. She even took the time to confirm our preferences with the massage therapists so we got exactly what we needed. We had Anna and Mary, and they were both wonderful. I always ask for a strong masseuse, and Anna absolutely delivered. She was amazing and I have no complaints. I left feeling like a whole new person, which says a lot considering I had just come from a 3-day festival! I had an amazing massage!! I got the deep tissue and he definitely put a lot of pressure but I was fine with that depending on how comfortable you are I have had massages overseas before. Yes they do charge for everything before but well worth it and if you pay by credit card they do charge a fee of 2.00 which I didn't mind. Worse place. We were visiting Orlando and just wanted a simple basic massage. We asked( my husband , my 12 yr old and me) for reflexology for 30 min due to time constraints. It was for $40. They asked us to pay in advance, which was weird but we paid. Massages were not that great. It was like getting a pedicure massage nothing more . Worser perhaps. After the massage my husband was on phone outside and I was inside did not have money with me for tips. They did not even have patience started demanding tips and my husband was still on call. Fortunately, my son had $20 cash and we offered that. Since we got three massages , they demanded $1 more so they can split (3 people) but very rude asking 12 yr old for tip and asking $1 which he did not have and not waiting for my husband to finish the call . I suffer from fibromyalgia and lately it has been really bad. I was desperate for a massage and they were able to accommodate me the same day. Thought it was a little strange to pay up front, but the price point is good. I had one lady greet me and a different one for the massage. Paying up front is not customary for a spa. Not only that but they charged me an additional amount because I used a credit card. No problem but it's something they should have told me before I looked at the receipt. I didn't have an appointment so I didn't mind waiting. Waited maybe 30 minutes. Someone came in and started my massage but then someone came in and interrupted her after a few minutes. They switched and another lady took over (that has never happened in all my years of getting massages). The massage was OK. At the end she stood waiting for me to tip.
