Her comments and behavior were completely inappropriate, especially around young children who were simply behaving like excited kids in a store. I had every intention of making a purchase, but after witnessing her behavior, I chose not to spend my money there. As we were leaving, I looked in her direction because I was genuinely shocked by how she had acted, and she responded with a rude, "Can I help you?" in a confrontational tone. I have worked with children for years, and I understand they can be energetic. However, they were not being disruptive or disrespectful. Regardless, no customer--especially children--should be treated with such impatience, hostility, or disrespect. This was some of the worst customer service I have experienced. An employee, particularly someone in a management position, should be held to a much higher standard of professionalism. I hope this incident is taken seriously and addressed appropriately, as this behavior reflects very poorly on your business. I will not be returning or recommending this store based on this experience.
