Before leading us outside, he even offered us both something to drink. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of several options to me, and then calculated how much I would need based on my measurements. I purchased my stones and the delivery was scheduled for just a couple of days later. The delivery driver was thoughtful and meticulous about the placement of my palette. Honestly, from beginning to end, it could not have been a better experience. I am so thankful for Austin's eagerness to help customers.
