The employees said they could only scanned it as a coupon and would take some money off of the charges for the same items. We booked an international trip for our family through Working Advantage. Total was $10,000. This was to take our kids back home to see family they've never met. There was serious turmoil in the country we were traveling to. It was all over the news. It wasn't safe, all flights were canceled. We contacted Working Advantage for our refund and they told us the airline never refunded them. So we went directly to Ethiopian Airlines and spoke to a supervisor in their refunds department. They told us very clearly the refund was already sent to Working Advantage on July 9, 2025 at 2:40 PM EST. So now we know the truth. Working Advantage has had our $10,000 since July 2025. It is now May 2026. We still have nothing. No refund. No flight credit to reschedule the trip. No help. Every time we call, it goes to a call center in India, they say the amount is large so they need to "look into it" and promise a callback. No one ever calls. We ask to speak to supervisors they hang up on us. We ask for a manager we get transferred and placed on hold for hours! This has turned into a complete nightmare. We have no trip. No money. And no way to get a real answer from this company. This was $10,000 for our family. For our kids. For something that actually matters. We aren't rich. We have literally been forced to come to Yelp just to try and be heard. If you're THINKING about using them THINK AGAIN.
