Then, a small guy with a buzz cut who looked like the manager and told my party we couldn't have cake and that he could store. The kids were visibly upset; I even asked well can I just sing happy birthday? they allowed that but he then rudely told me that yes, but then he would have to take the cakes and store them. We were very displeased and upset, due to already paying so much money but not being able to celebrate properly. Horrible, never bring your kids here for a party!

He was very informational and answered all my questions when I called the store before going in to pick up my item (roller skates). Another employee, Sebastian, was also very great in helping me put this item on hold and allowed me to try on the roller skates upon arrival and before purchasing. A third employee even offered me to try skating around the store to ensure the fit and comfort was right before buying. Overall a wonderful and pleasant experience yet again at this store. Thank you!
