In the store it felt okay so I proceeded with the non-refundable purchase. After skiing a few days in Utah, I visited a boot fitter there who made the discovery that these are one complete size off! I don't know how any boot fitter worth his salt could allow this to happen. The entire reason to get ski boots in the first place is to get a custom fit so one can improve their skiing. I had some questions I wanted to ask but instead of a person they had a chart that described the shoes. It was not optimal but I guess better than nothing. Check out was fast and efficient. Oh, and the shoes I wanted were on sale so I saved $15. Prices seemed reasonable.
