Unfortunately, the bag I received turned out to be a counterfeit. When I contacted them, I was told that they stand behind their team and saw no issues with this bag so I had to pay to have it confirmed as a fake before they would even consider a return. This added unnecessary time, stress, and an out-of-pocket expense--all because they failed to verify the product's authenticity before selling it. Even after I submitted official documentation confirming it was a fake, they said they have to get approval to reimburse me for the authentication fee, which is extremely disappointing. They still stand behind the authenticity of this bag. I'm also waiting for my refund of the bag that they say is with accounting. Had they handled this differently, I wouldn't have put this on review platforms. A company that claims authenticity should take full responsibility when they get it wrong. Buyers beware--if something goes wrong, you may be stuck footing the bill just to prove it or be left with a fake bag!

Even my sister has said the same thing every time. when we would leave the store "there is some really ugly stuff in that store". Which is out opinion BUT... Today was a whole different experience I found a lot of cute clothes this time around spent almost $200 and got a lot of items that I'm really happy with Thank god they fired the old purchasing employee I'm not sure if that's what happened but the store was full of cute items this and I will be going back soon to finish what I started. Not anything I would want to purchase over $5. - Small section of larger sizes (XL+). I go back every few weeks and often see the same thing - not much new. - I wish they had baskets or something to shop with. - Styles feel like they're for an older demographic. Some of the pieces I feel could be a bit better, however these are designer brands and the condition of all of the clothes were in good condition. Some of the shoes were questionable. There was so much wear on since of the bottoms of the shoes (size 11 specifically) that it was odd how they were even selected to be sold here. This may be because of limited inventory at the time, but the price seemed inflated considering the condition of some of these items. I wish they had a better selection of size xl and up but again, they're at the mercy of the inventory that they receive. Still, I managed to get a nice pair of Mignonne Gavigan earrings so I'm pleased.

I called ahead yesterday specifically to ask whether this store accepted custom-made suits because another consignment company I use does not. The person I spoke with told me they did and simply said to bring them in. Today, I brought in four custom-made suits worth approximately $12,000. They were folded neatly and brought in bags. When I arrived, one employee greeted me politely and asked how he could help. I explained that I had called the day before about consigning custom suits. Another employee turned around and said, "It was me." He immediately and rudely asked what size the suits were. I explained that they belonged to my husband and I wasn't sure. He then said, "Well, first of all, you need to bring custom suits in on a hanger." I apologized and explained that I hadn't been told that when I called. His response was, "You didn't ask." That was the entire interaction. At that point, I thanked them for their time and left. Businesses are free to have whatever intake requirements they want, but basic customer service and professionalism cost nothing. Had I been told over the phone that the suits needed to be on hangers, I would have happily brought them that way. Instead, I was made to feel like I had done something wrong for not knowing information that was never communicated to me. I also own a business in the same neighborhood, so I understand firsthand how important customer service is. Every person who walks through the door deserves to be treated with respect, whether they're bringing in one item or several. The way I was spoken to was dismissive, rude, and unnecessarily condescending. It was such a poor first impression that I immediately decided to take my business elsewhere. I will also be sharing my experience when customers, colleagues, and neighbors ask for recommendations regarding local consignment businesses. If this is how potential consignors are treated before they've even become customers, I cannot recommend this business.
