You just have to call and be extremely specific about what you want based on the pics. Also, you have to call and do everything over the phone instead of shopping & paying online. Those are the only negatives. To be fair, they are a small, individually owned shop, not TeleFlora or a conglomerate. I like to patronize small businesses when possible, especially with so many disappearing during the pandemic. The service was friendly and prompt. They delivered exactly what I requested and my friend loved them. I didn't have to leave a message. Every time I called with a question or an update the phone was answered immediately by a lovely woman. I'm kind of exasperating to deal with as my brain doesn't always function properly.
