All of the floral arrangements were full of the most beautiful types of roses and flowers in the exact color schemes we wanted. I paid $160 (including delivery fee, tax, etc.)on Sunday. I asked for the arrangement to be delivered on Tuesday morning. At 11:33 am I got a call from them stating their "stems didn't come in on the delivery truck last night" and could they do a "designers choice arrangement" instead. They were quick to get the flowers to the location in under an hour from when they made that call but I feel the arrangement was much less superior to the one I originally ordered. I asked family members at the gathering what they felt the price was of this flower arrangement and they all said $70 or $80. I went to Harris Geeter and saw much larger arrangements for half the price. I'm not one to complain. I usually just chalk it up to experience. I understand they had flower delivery issues, but the arrangement I paid for, I thought, was to be a much better quality than what I received. The flowers were to be used for a celebration of life for a woman who loved flowers. I was disappointed and embarrassed by what was delivered. I sent an email to them later that night expressing all of this. I got a response from the email thanking me for contacting them and then also received a feedback survey in which I stated that I had sent them an email. It is now Friday. Two days since I contacted them about this. I have not received any response. I think that what was delivered was a throw together of a bunch of old flowers they had. It was far from what most people would consider a "platinum"arrangement. Maybe there was a mistake in the paperwork and they didn't realize it was to be a platinum? The funeral service is today and most of the flowers have wilted. Unable to take to the grave service as we had intended. I will be stopping at Harris Teeter to purchase more. I have pictures of what I thought was ordered (I assume the item pictured was the basic arrangement) and what I received. Absolutely a big difference. Just very disappointing.
