And We pay almost $200 a year for small box! The lines were slow of course and long when I finally got to next in line and when leaving. The 1 worker went to go through half the trays to get some of my mail. Said someone was supposed to come in today to do the boxes. Horrible service! I wish I had another option.

This service was simple enough to arrange on line, then I would stop by and pick up my mail. I did this numerous times over the years and this post office consistently handled everything great! I never had packages missing or damaged. I've used this post office to purchase stamps, postage, and ship packages many many times, and again, without any problems at all. It's an easy post office in terms of entry and exit, and it's always nice to stop in and pick up Steak Out at the nearby location.

Someone finally called me back in regards to my claim and I guess had my claim mixed up with someone else's and were shocked and told me they would review the cameras regarding my stolen contents and get back to me. Naturally they never called back. Finally got someone on the phone the next day and got put on hold for 20+ minutes until they closed. Horrible horrible service. The building itself is an old brick building that just looks as if it's been around since the 1800's, but has been taken care of extremely well!
