It's the holidays, I am here visiting family and we had packages coming in and it's pretty ridiculous they wouldn't give me my property. Someone needs to come in and evaluate these employees. Customer service is non-existent. Instead of saying "Oh I'm sorry, let me help you get your package!" The other people we dealt with has the audacity to say "Well it wasn't me that turned her away." ??? My grandma had to come down to show her ID to get my package which makes no sense. These employees should be fired, and a new staff needs to be brought in. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I will be calling corporate.

My friend said to try the Mabank post office. I did! Kyleen was my person and she was so patient with me, hearing what I was needing to do and helping me with each package and how to get it out to each student at the right time. She even picked out special postage for the boys and the girls!! Their entire staff was smiling and friendly, in spite of all the craziness on the world and being very busy. I didn't actually go inside the building, since I came after hours. The parking lot & entrance(s) & exit(s) may have been confusing for someone who had never been there. But if needed, I wouldn't mind going back there again, maybe even to check out the inside of it.

One was a USPS office in Tyler, & even closer was at the District Clerk's office on the second floor of the Henderson County courthouse building. They were incredibly helpful & friendly in helping direct me to a place that does passport services.

I had ordered supplies for my classroom and they were supposed to be delivered by UPS to my house…read more On Saturday I tracked my shipment via the UPS website and found out that my box had been delivered to the post office. I quickly went to the post office hoping someone might still be there, it was approximately 10:30 am and my local post office does not have lobby hours on Saturday. I was able to get in touch with a clerk and he was able to check out my boxes to me. I am so grateful that he went beyond customer service to help me out. I was able to get my items to my classroom over the weekend thanks to him! Outstanding customer service.

He then called me and told to come pick it up. So thankful. I don't know any other postal worker who would have done that.
