They even would help me pick the best packing materials for the weird electronics and artwork I had. Very friendly and exceptional staff. Great people here. I had to mail my passport renewal application via USPS and they handled it great here. They were able to expedite it as well. The only issue with this location is parking. It is in Cap Hill and parking is hard to find but once I did all good. read more

the woman is rude. period i came an hour early for my finger prints and she got an attitude cause she couldn't find me in the system. b**ch that's not my fault. the gentleman was able to assist and find me, which wasn't a problem cause i made the appointment. before she took my finger prints, she had the nerve to try to scold me by saying "you need to be here at your scheduled time!" okay.. would you rather me be late? nobody was in the place to even have an attitude! i had to ask her if she was okay cause she kept talking to me crazy! after she was finished with my finger prints she said, "you can leave." lady, you must not know who i am. i'm only giving a three star cause the gentleman was nice. the woman on the other hand needs to have some customer service training or just flat out say she doesn't want to service black people. read more

Now I'm scrambling to figure out how to 9rint the label out as u do not have a printer. I would normally just go to kinkos, but due to COVID-19, no kinkos open near by Cap hill. I've used this place as personal and business mailboxes for more than 7 years now, and in that sense this place is wonderful! They secure and hold large packages in the backroom (or behind the desk for really large packages) and require a signature from you to grab them. I mailed a package once and the price was pretty ridiculous so that star. If convenience is more important, this place is fine. Go to the Post Office or UPS or FedEx to send things out if you want to save some money. Nice people though! Wish they had longer hours. read more

This place provides an incredibly valueable service to South Capitol Hill. The business changed hands in 2012 - the old owner was rather gruff and unfair (as seen by many of the posts), but the new owners are a couple from Thailand - and they are the sweetest and most reasonable people to deal with. I get tons and tons of packages delievered here, and they don't mind holdthing for me, even for lengthy periods of time. (which is much more conveninet then getting those annoying stickers from UPS and FEDEX about how you need to drive down to Sodo to pick up your package, even though you were home when they put the stickers on the door!) The annual mailbox and package holding service price for an individual is very affordable, and you can have the mail for an entire household sent to one box. read more

They are so dedicated to their business- I've never seen them take a day off (aside from Sundays, when they're always closed). I've been using Post Options as my primary mailing address for about 2 years now. I used to live across the street, so it was the most convenient place to have packages delivered. I moved about a half mile away and decided to keep using them because the service is so consistently worth the money. I get 2-3 packages a week, so they see a lot of me, and whoever is at the desk will run back and grab my packages when they see me come in. I've also used them for faxing and shipping, and have had no bad experiences. The family who run the store are friendly and polite and will even nod a hello when I run into them around the neighborhood. I also appreciate the fact that they're a small, family-run business, not a franchise or chain store, so I feel like my money is staying in the community. read more

This is literally my favorite business in all of Seattle, regardless of category. The couple that runs it are so nice and so perfect that I refuse to go anywhere else for shipping anything. I will go out of my way to ship from them. They recognize my wife and me, even if we haven't been there in months, and are incredibly helpful. I can just bring something to the counter and they'll find the right size box and give me all of the options (USPS, FedEx, UPS) so that I can choose the best option of speed and price that works for me. Trying to figure it out for yourself can be a little overwhelming sometimes, especially when you don't send a lot of packages, but they make it so easy. This place is awesome. I liked it before and they just changed owners this year and the new owners are even better. I've been using them as my mailing address for 7 years and never once had an issue. They send packages, forward mail, etc. Also their "luggage store" (which I actually liked) has changed as well. I think they lease the space out now and most have other gifty stuff.
