I called and they lied and said he couldn't find me, I'm in an office building that gets deliveries all day long by Amazon and UPS and doordash etc etc but apparently FedEx drivers can't use a GPS or phone. I said have them bring it back and at 1:30 they said they are done for the day. Must be nice not doing your job and knocking off early and lying about a delivery. They told me I could go pick up my package there if I wanted.. Well, has FedEx figured out how to make more money, charge extra for overnight delivery, then don't show up, then lie, then tell the customer to go pick up their package. They are genius!!!! I will never ship with FedEx and will send back everything to the company and hopefully they will change to UPS. Probably not but at least I won't use them or buy from BH Photo anymore if they plan on shipping my stuff with FedEx. Oh and to top it off the people on the phone out in India were also rude and useless. I guess in their country poor service is ok.

Despite…read morehaving all surface items and clothes packed ahead of time, the pack out still look longer than planned. The move in went smooth until one panel of the china cabinet broke. A bed was also installed backwards but everything else seemed ok. The cost was $1000 more than the quote. What I later discovered that there were a variety of small items broken but most importantly the piano frame was broken.

False claims to the shipping company (and myself) that they'd attempted to contact me multiple times and schedule a delivery. Or there's the part where I spoke to a real person a grand total of one time, and she had no idea where my sofa was or any record of it ever being there, and promised to call me right back - and then didn't. Over the span of a week, I called them every day to leave a message asking what I could do to facilitate getting my sofa and never got a response. Or there's the part where I had to call the shipping company who was using them three times in three days - resulting in them calling these guys and their manager as well to leave "SRSLY CALL THIS CUSTOMER RIGHT NOW" voicemails - before I ever got a response from them on the third day (on day seven of this whole adventure). Or there's the part how when I did finally speak to their "Customer Care" rep - on whose voicemail I'd left 3 messages - she vaguely recalled getting a message from me and was pretty unapologetic about all of this. My sofa had been sitting in their warehouse for 2 weeks by that point. Or there's the fact that the delivery was scheduled for 2-5 pm when I checked online but (luckily) when I called at 8 am their dispatch was like, "Oh, they're going to be there in an hour!" Lucky me! To their credit: their delivery guys were pretty persistent about getting my sofa up the narrow flight of stairs after it kept getting stuck...but when I thanked them for their patience, they were like, "Well, we just don't want it back on our truck." I like writing positive, silly reviews on yelp; consider it my "thang," if you will. I don't really like slamming anyone's business and I feel like deep down anyone deserves some credit for making some sort of effort. These guys made almost none, and their service sucks huge hairy sweaty donkey balls.

Not only would they not deliver a sofa I purchased into my condo, they wouldn't even carry it to the front door. It was amazing. I had to hire outside contractors to do the work. Their excuse, "The sofa won't fit up the stairs of my condo into the living room." And yet here I am sitting on the sofa in question, in my living room. All it took was a little effort and the ability to move furniture. Something you would think a moving company would have. The whole process took two weeks and three trips to my property. I mean I could go on and on and on but I think all the reviews on here do a pretty fair job of surmising the customer experience. Stay away, far far away if you can. PS. If you see a drive named Eric, shoot first and ask questions later because this guy is a class act for incompetence and petulance.
