I had the most professional, exceptional and helpful service last week from Postal Connections. They truly went above and beyond. I was vacationing in Florida. I had received an email that needed to be printed and overnighted immediately. While my hotel offered a place to print, they were unsure where I could find a local Fed Ex store. I didn't have a car with me so the stress on a Saturday was quickly rising as to how I would meet my deadline, when my daughter suggested calling Postal Connections. I am recently a new customer to their store so new, they don't know me. I took a chance and called. I was able to email them my letter. They printed it for me and then packaged & Fed Ex'd it for me all while I sat poolside never having to hunt down a local Fed Ex. It was selfless in that they were busy but they understood my desperation and literally jumped into action. I will be a forever customer now. Their staff is incredible!! They called my questions funny??? I am very furious that the response I got was to check their fucking website and there's nothing about pricing, cleanliness, sizes and/or payment. If it wasn't an independent franchise, I would've checked other sites since different franchise sometimes varies in pricing. There's a few good reviews which makes me want to use their services, but crappy responses like this makes me hesitate. It might be cheaper than USPS, but at least USPS have everything written on their site and doesn't have to deal with people like these. I have been going to this location for many years and have sent hundreds of packages with them. The last time I was there I shipped a TV which was a warranty return. It needed to be shipped with insurance for damage/loss according to the company I was sending it to. It was not and damaged during shipping and the company couldn't honor my warranty claim because the TV wasn't working at all when they received it. Later I find out that even though I declared the value of $2000 these guys at Postal Connections use a "third party insurance" which doesnt cover for damage. It only covers if the item is lost or stolen. When I asked why they have never mentioned this to me they kept giving me one excuse after the other. Ronnie told me that because the "TV was not working" it would not have been covered through Fed Ex anyway. However, if I brought the TV to Fed Ex directly the declared value would have been my "insurance" I needed to get the money back for a TV I only had a few months. Attached is the letter from FedEx which clearly states that there was no declared value and their liability is only for $100 and cost of shipping. I'm posting this review to let everyone know that this is what this Postal Connections does so that it doesn't ever happen to anyone again. Beware if you go to this store to ship an expensive item you will not be covered. read more

This place is fantastic. Anything that can save a trip to the Post Office deserves 5 stars. Instead of dealing with the average US Postal worker who may not have a pulse, you get efficiency, and customer service with a smile. They are awesome and they go out of there way to satisfy you. A lot of times they will waive a fee if they can. When my mom passed I had some paperwork that needed to be sent out and several copies. I had some questions/concerns and not only did they provide with the best info possible but they told me everything was on them because of the loss of my mom. They will never steer you in the wrong direction but rather point you in the right direction that will alleviate any troubles. I can't say enough good about the two gentlemen in there. This postal connections store is great! . Anytime I have a package to mail or to return the guys there are always consistently efficient, helpful and friendly. All the major carriers are there which saves me time and gives me a lot of options when I need to mail something important. Also it saves me a trip to the post office and waiting on line there. I moved to the area about a year ago and I've passed this place nearly each day on my way home from work but I hadn't noticed it until I was looking for a postal service. I tried to ship a large picture and was quoted approx. $630. I called Fed Exp directly and it cost only $150. I did ship 4 small pieces of molding approx. 5 ft long; they said they would use a round shipping tube. When package arrived two of the pieces were broken because they used two small 3 ft tubes and taped them together. The connection point was not strong (only very thin cardboard and tape) so it was broken in transit. read more
