4 guys in there on 5/27 at 530. Only 1 person doing returns while 3 guys are packing stuff up. Only 1 could help us. Then he told me i was taking too long and to move aside so he can help the next person. But he should have finished my returns I was having a hard time getting the screen up with the returns. Instead of helping me he took the next person. So i asked the other 3 guys if they could help finish my returns but all 3 said they had other jobs to do. I didnt get the guys name but the other 3 also refused me. Of course i got mad. Meanwhile the line was now out the door. The problem started bc 4 people working there only 1 doing returns. I brought in a time sensitive document to be shipped next day air to KY on Friday 11/21/25. I received a drop-off receipt. It's now Tuesday, 11/25/25 and tracking status shows it's still at the UPS Store where I dropped it off. UPS Store claims they do not have the package and that UPS came and picked up everything on that Friday. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN UPS STORE??????? I have to say, every time I go in here for several returns, a worker by the name of Vin, is always so kind, courteous, and helpful! I even seen him cleaning the windows outside to the business! We had a scheduled appointment for a notary service. Waited over twenty minutes (not a problem) to be told that they don't provide that they don't do that anymore at that location. There was signs EVERYWHERE stating that they do, including the fact that they accepted an online appointment that I had to click on "NOTARY SERVICE". The guy at the desk was an absolute ass. No customer service. No competence. His word for word response was "That sounds like a you problem". Who says that? To anyone??? And when leaving I saw two people outside who got off the line because they were there for notary as well. They could not believe what an idiot the guy was and thanked me for saving them time and aggravation. Wouldn't go here if it was the last store on Staten Island. read more

Generally good for regular UPS stuff. Totally untrained to take a passport photo, got a refund for mine-it had a strange pink discoloration around my head. My husband didn't realize that his photo was the incorrect size until we got to the post office. Luckily the post office recommended that they check out our applications before sending mailing them in. Yay post office, boo UPS. read more

I went to get a document notarized. Their website said that this was available at all times. Got there only to be told they don't do it and I had to go quite a distance away to get it done . If the website says a service is available then it should be available. If it isn't always available that should be noted. read more

First time dropping off a prepaid UPS ground package on a Sat due to working from home, dropped off for my company. The person at the counter scanned the label, I left with no receipt. It wasn't until Monday 7pm for the origin scan at Edison NJ. 3 stars is for no Sat tracking when it was scanned and then no one answered phone calls on the following Sunday during the time it was open, calls went to a voice mail not set up. I did had a scare of lost package and did not obtain a receipt of drop off. I learned a lesson from here. read more

Getting ripped off by the UPS store at 2744 Hylan Blvd. Staten Island: I shipped a package from this store about 2 months ago and the package went missing. I went to the store to start a claim and was told "I'll give your number to My boss and he will call you." That never happened. I made several more attempts to get my money refunded and was again greeted with the "my boss will call" you BS. I cannot express the anger I have over this experience. These people think they can take your money, lose your package, and keep your money. So all I really got was ripped off and run around. I learned that if you ship with UPS directly, and the package gets lost, Ups will refund your money. But if you ship through a UPS store, the store must do the refund. But in this case, the store gives you the finger. The audacity of these thieves. I will never, ever, ship from a UPS store again and I will cut and paste this review all over the internet. I hope I can spare even one person from getting ripped and run around by these thugs. read more

Came in a few minutes after 5pm and missed the handwritten "closed" sign on the open door. I had a prepaid, prepackaged medical device that needed to be sent back Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Manhattan. My aunt just came home today to have home hospice today and needed to return her pain pump. As you can imagine this is a very hard time for my young aunt. The girl working was so incredibly rude and shouted "didn't you see the sign". When I asked if there was a drop box and explained what I had she rudely shouted no. Just a reminder that you never know what people are going through and a little kindness could go a long way. read more

Today I visited the UPS store In New Dorp .Store # 2744 (5400) I have never Used UPS for work and don't know how to use the pre paid stuff my company sent me. I took everything I had and went to this store. I was greated by Branden and Issac . They helped me every step of the way .Showing me hands on what I needed to do. Because I had a few packes to send out I was there and noticed they treated every costumer the same. They were kind a respectful young men. Quick too .Branden and Issac worked as a team .Something you don't see offten enough in this day and age. I arrived at 9am on a Saturday morning to ship a box. (Saturday hours are 9am-5pm). I left at 9:25 am because the store had not yet opened and nobody was answering the phone. I also remember I used this store once around Christmas and the employees had terrible attitudes towards the customers. read more

Really horrible service for a missing J. Crew package that should have been delivered to my home but instead was delivered to the UPS Store for pick up. I didn't miss the delivery as no note was left and our UPS man always leaves packages outside our door AND when I called the 800 number they couldn't tell me why it was now marked for pick up. The person who answered the phone at the local UPS Store kept interrupting me when I tried to explain the situation. He had had zero desire to rectify the situation or help get the package to me. I drop off my package, and received a receipt for the item. The Package never arrived at the return location. I Returned to UPS drop off location, told the UPS sales person the package that I left with them them based on the tracking # that I was given, never left the UPS location. The UPS sales person gave me a number 1-800-742-5877 to call and said contact them. While I was still in the store I told them the package was to be returned to Amazon, then he said you will probably have better results if you contact Amazon. Well I had to Pay for the Item that they Lost. I would never use them again. read more

Didn't give me a receipt for the drop off bc their printer wasn't working but the person said not to worry bc it was already scanned into the system. The ups driver or staff stole my adidas yeezy 350 on Thursday 02/16/2017. He broke the package and took the shoes. He left the empty package on my front door so the tracking information shows "delivered"! What a shame!!! I already contacted ups company but nobody can help me. Just make sure the person behind the counter enters the package size correctly into the system or you WILL be overcharged. They had my measurements off by 4 inches. Seems like just another way to get more money for nothing. read more
