Today, an employee even grabbed a hand truck to help me get a big and bulky box out of my car - much appreciated as I'd been dreading how I was going to pick this thing up for days now! The only drawback is the smallish waiting area (if there's a line you'll feel a little cramped), and the tiny and weirdly laid out parking lot. People are always whipping in and out of here so quickly, so be careful in the lot. The drop off where it meets the road is also incredibly steep and can make you bottom out. Sometimes I want to skip this location just due to the crazy driveway, but then I remember how friendly the workers always are and I suck it up and come here anyways!

It's no wonder that shop has customers happy- Kristen is not just friendly she is knowledgeable, moves quickly and carefully, and she is also efficient with other customers and my own time. I will always go there from now on. As a note- I had shipped things earlier in the day in Warwick and I had a less than optimal experience (from a store manager none the less). It was a friendly experience, don't get me wrong, but he was not helpful and wanted to initially charge me considerably more for my packages. I asked about why it seemed so expensive... he blamed his quotes on "prices being raised in july"." Little did he know my business receipt from a week and a half ago was from july. A woman with a very thick Rhode Island accent (so comforting) called me sweetheart & went above & beyond to help me figure out my shipping situation. I was in & out in about 8 minutes. My only critique was how quiet it was in the storefront. I feel like shipping details are sometimes sensitive or private. With a dead quiet store, I could hear everything the guy in front of me was explaining to the employee. Some soft music would've covered that right up & made it feel less awkward inside.

Box / Cost / insurance / stamps and weight of a package are the many things you need assistance with. Well don't go here. If there is a line,I hope you have plenty of time. There are no friendly hellos. No warm welcoming smiles. The clerk acts as if you should know what is needed to mail your package correctly. And it's expensive. Yes they get the job done but they are not all happy. Makes me sad to have to go there.
