You try to support local business just to be hustled. I will not be coming back here. CALLED IN ADVANCE to see if they will take usps packages with a qr code. After reassuring me, i arrive and am told oh maam we do take these but there will be a fee. Its not even about the money but why would you not disclosed that on the phone when i called asking???! If someone calls asking for information and they get there, why does the information change that defeats the whole purpose of me calling to be PREPARED prior to coming.... It seems like common sense to me so either its incompetence or its intentional. EITHER WAY wont be returning. Ps. No receipt that i returned my package, just a receipt of their fee. I have NEVER had a bad experience here.. They're knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant to deal with.. I had a rush order for a total of 53 personalized wine labels, diaper cake and poster board(needed w/in 2 weeks) for a baby shower in Denver. The owner and his wife were so accommodating and had everything completed on time. My expectation was more that I could have imagined. The honorees and guest raved on the products and the details. The owner is rude, doesn't give you any helpful information, expensive, refused to give me a receipt, trying to make everything quick... I wouldn't go here or to the one of 529 and barker cypress, they're both rude people. read more

I am not sure why the low stars I have never nor has my fiancé had a bad experience. I live in the neighborhood pass by all the time and it is convenient. I see the ups guy stop by alot too so stuff clearly ships on time. The gentleman is very kind and has helped me with very sensitive, confidential, fragile and special items. I am also planning a wedding and if anyone has been a bride that is all I need to say. He has come through for me and I will definitely use them to mail out my wedding invitations asap. A wedding dress and company cell phone has been sent back safely through this business and I always had a tracking number with a receipt and it is always legit! I got insurance on my wedding dress that I sent back jusssst in case and I thought it was a good deal ‍ also the designer email confirmed the dress got back safely too. If I walk in and it is empty and a line forms he never rushes me. I highly recommend this store. I also recommend for those who don't use private postal shipping stores/services often to ask questions he answers them and sometimes has services you may not have known about! read more

I visited this location with a disabled, elderly person and my one year old baby. The woman behind the counter had zero patience, and curtly asked me to move aside so she could help another customer twice! Then when I balked at the price to ship a 3lb package via USPS ($17!) she said, "It will be the same price at the post office - do you want to ship it or not?!" It was actually $7 to ship it at the post office....do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Unless you like being rushed, over charged and talked down to! read more

Came here at 1:30pm on a Saturday and they were closed!! Even though the sign says they open at 10am. Drove past 3 other postage places. This was my first AND LAST time ever trying to come here. A waste of time. Lots of other people were also walking up to pull on the locked door. read more

I arrived at 9AM, when the sign says they open, along with 2 other people and no one was there. 2 of us waited outside for 15 minutes before leaving. I called around 10 AM to see if they were open and someone answered. I asked if they opened at 9 o'clock and he said we were running late. I said but you're supposed to open at nine correct, and he said, "like I said I was running late. " No apology or anything, it is very clear he doesn't care about his job. If he is the owner; this business needs to be closed. If he is an employee; he needs to be fired! Please do not support this business; find a different location! read more

Don't EVER go to this location - the people working there are dishonest. I dropped off my UPS return with my own return label, asked the guy behind the counter if I could just drop it off and he asked me if this was a return and I said yes. He took my package (regrettably I forgot to get a tracking number). My package never arrived at its destination and it's been 3 weeks. I had a gut feeling after I left that I couldn't trust the guy, but I went ahead and left anyway. Lesson learned - I will always go to the UPS store and get a tracking number. Went in to ship a return package. I gave the lady the return shipping label sheet and told her I wasn't sure which label to use, she told me "this one" stuck it on and told me it'd be $1. This surprised me cause i thought it was supposed to be free. I pulled out my card and she told me $5 minimum, she was not very nice, so I bought a couple things. 2 days later the same package was at my door. I called the business to explain my issue and they could not understand. So I went to an actual ups store and they told me they put on the wrong label and they should have never charged me anything, that it was free for them to ship it.
