This was a business that held people together during the pandemic by shipping, sometimes just a few blocks, for people who were terrified to really get out, except for delivering packages to be couriered or shipped. I made the mistake of coming here trying to ship something without a label one time prior and they tried to charge me $13 more than if I printed the label at home myself. A couple of months later, sent an important government envelope and tracking shows it never even made it to USPS. I needed to print out a 826 page booklet and this place was the closest copy print store near me. I went into the store and saw that the price per printed page was .37 cents a page! I spoke to a nice man that was working there who said he'd be able to bring it down to 17 cents a page due to the high volume and take off the computer fee, but then a lady came out and disregarded his offer and stuck to the posted price of .37 cents. So she gave me a quote of 350 dollars including tax plus charging me for using the computer...... The pricing is outrageous for making prints. I told them I'd be able to supply the paper and give them a hundred bucks but got a hard no. I went to FedEx off Gessner near Memorial City mall and their price per print was .13 cents a page!!! I got my booklet printed there for $115 back and front hole punched with quality service and care. This place is charging 3 times more than any other place. I walked in to mail a letter, I told the guy behind the counter through UPS but he suggested that it'll be really expensive so I went with Fedex. He took my information and showed me the prices. Minimum price was $48 and I saw $80 as well. I thought it was a joke, I'm sending a letter to Chicago USCIS, not the other part of the planet! It was one day/two day shipping. The guy was super friendly but I just got charged $30 to print and scan 20 pages. 39 cents per page printed (single sided) and $1 per scanned page (single sided b&w). I stuck my usb in the computer and printed in like 30 seconds and he tried to say "5-10 minutes?" at the register to get more money out of me. Absurd prices t. Especially considering everyone needs to work from home right now. His business isn't hurting, so price gouging is super unnecessary. OH and the scans all have a line across the page! The last four years, Postal + Copy Center has been my place to go for shipping packages, having keys made, sending faxes or picking up shipping supplies. The store is conveniently located off Bunker Hill in the Memorial area. We have since moved from Memorial, but continue to drive past other shipping stores to go to PPCC. The store is run by wonderful people, who take the time to help with packaging, and sharing different shipping options. They recognize me each time I enter the store, I could not ask for better service. They are efficient and trustworthy. I highly recommend this business for your shipping needs and more! read more

So disappointed that when I sent my housekeeper to this store to have them scan & email me 10 pages, she was told it would cost over $16 because the pages were in color. Since when does it cost more to scan or email something in color??? The pages are not being printed!! What a rip off. Can't help, but think that they were taking advantage because they knew my housekeeper wouldn't understand. In the end, they did it for $10 because that was all I gave her. Went to go get passport pictures there for my kids and I bc it was the closest. My picture was blurry; my youngest kid was sticking his tongue out. Even after speaking to a very rude employee by the name of Ali he would not reimburse the over inflated postal charges. UPS is charging 12.14 for a 2 lb box and they charged me $64.21 for Residential Ground (just to list a comparison of the over inflated prices) This place is a huge rip off and very poor customer service. This shop is located halfway between Bunker Hill and Campbell (just west of Echo Lane) so convenient to the area. I have used it to drop off prepaid UPS and USPS packages, rather than make the half-hour round trip to the Post Office in Town & Country, though this often adds a day to shipping times (because some pickups seem to be at noon, so your printed ship date when it reaches UPS or USPS will be wrong). That said, once or twice I have run afoul of their built-in inflated prices for packaging and shipping. USPS says they can charge whatever they like for postage (and add sales tax), and I get that, but my concern is the lack of transparency or professionalism (a nice way of saying lies and scams). For example, I ran in today to mail an envelope that should have been one ounce (50 cents), but I was prepared to buy postage for two ounces (71 cents). He weighed it and said it was "four ounces," then weighed it on another scale and said "six ounces." (Federal law requires scales, and those who operate them, to give accurate and consistent measurements.) So I drove to the PO at T&C, which gave me a printed receipt confirming the envelope weighed 0.60 ounces. Please note that all the glowing reviews here seem to be from people who share the same ethnic background as the owners. read more

This place is the most unreliable and dishonest place ever. The manager is a blatant liar! I dropped off a package on Saturday needing Monday AM delivery which after paying $98 was supposed to be guaranteed. I even spoke with the owner ind trial letting him know the urgency. On Monday I check and there is no tracking information. I call fedex and they tell me if it was dropped off on Saturday there is no Monday AM option as packages don't go out until Monday. She also adds that they don't always do pick ups on the weekend at retailers. I call the manager who tells me that "oh yes I remember you your package is still here" I was and am livid. This was an incredibly urgent package. I left work to run there to get my package and a refund and all he kept saying is but look the label says the delivery time. I told him that fedex themselves told me it's not possible for that guarantee! He had no apologize to offer and nothing to say. I even asked him why he wouldn't bother to inform me if he remembered how urgent this was. I will never use this location again. No apologize, no reliability or responsibility and liars! Today I went in to print a packaging slip because my computer ran out of ink. I logged into my email and printed the paper all in a matter of 5 minutes. The cashier then told me that my total which was the cost of using the computer for an hour ($3.99) and then the cost of the paper ($0.49). I have no problem paying the fifty cents, but it seems ridiculous to charge a flat fee for an hourly time frame when most people use it for less than 5 minutes. Sadly, I will not be printing anything here anymore or mailing anything from this location despite how convenient it may be. read more
