I've dropped off a few packages here since it's close to work, and I can easily go here during my lunch break. I typically have my package ready and all I need is my return QR code to be scanned for them to print a label. There's also a bin in the open area to drop off packages if you've pre-printed a label. The wait usually is just 2-3 minutes or less waiting in line. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly, and they always ask if I want a receipt. The worst part is the small parking lot that it shares with a CBD store, Subway, a Thai massage place and some other little stores. There's angled parking at the front which is half dirt or sand and a few on each side. The parking behind it is usually for the other stores. It's very tight to get in and out if others are coming and going from the Antoine side entrance because it's the closest to the traffic light where most people need to be. The other side of the freeway is IKEA. Despite all that, I'd still come here to drop packages for convenience. read more

Great staff at this store! Came in with a large box and had run out of tape to finish packaging it. They were so kind in offering to finish it for me including affixing the label inside one of the clear plastic inserts to the top of the box. This store has always been friendly but the location may be a bit hard to see since it's on a corner with no signs till you pass it. The worse part is the parking or lack of. You have to scramble for a limited spot or park in a broken up area around the front of the building. read more

Parking may be a bit tricky as the lot is like a puzzle, just find a spot you can park. I've been using this location for the past 4 years to drop off many of my amazon return packages and also shipped out UPS items at this location. So far service been great and my packages were delivered successfully as promised. read more

I've done plenty of business here and haven't had a problem. I've been dealing with something called "ups mail innovations" which is basically a system designed to make life difficult. My packing slip says return to UPS, but they partnered with USPS to delivery. UPS can't give a receipt for the package I return because they take "joint responsibility" with USPS. Today, the owner of this store told me I could not drop off this package because it needs to go to USPS. I asked him to check with a coworker because Madewell told me via phone to drop it off at UPS. My instructions also tell me to drop it off at UPS. This man then claimed he was the owner and that this was a USPS package. He refused to take it. As the owner, you should've taken more time before you accused me of being wrong. You should also know more about your partnerships. This was not a stop of convenience. I found the next UPS and dropped it off there. Thanks for nothing. UPDATE: The comment by the owner explains exactly my frustration- there should have been no reason to deny my package if it's an established partnership and has nothing to do with the location. Ok so I know they are being hit hard and I have been there occasionally where they might have been cold but they work hard. We all burn out and they do acknowledge my presence when going to the store. Admittedly, I have been looking rough since dealing with my new build home the past year. I have resting b face and they are still nice to me. I try to be ready when I go in these days because I can imagine it being irritating when you aren't prepared as it slows the line. Logistics isn't easy work and so I will give them a couple more tries. When I lived in West University that location doesn't charge to print a paper label that you forward from Amazon but tbh I don't mind printing it at my home so I am more prepared these days lol. They don't always smile or want to deal with me but tbh dealing with people gets frustrating and I do think they care. I'm usually a hard ass but I think two things can be true.....they don't seem as bad as some of the comments here. read more

I have been to this location about 3 times in the last 6 months and I am always pleased with the services offered here and the customer service provided. I've been here to make copies, have documents notarized, and to mail packages. Short of buying groceries and pumping gas this is one stop shopping for business needs! I came in here to ship out a package and service was very weird. I've been in here a few times and as long as you don't make interaction with the staff--things go fine. The man who checked me out made me explain exactly what was in the package I was shipping out, which was extremely awkward considering I'd never been targeted about what EXACTLY was in the contents besides simple questions such as if it's a liquid, anything they should be concerned about, etc. A couple days ago I shipped out THREE packages (which were the same size as the one I was shipping today through this ups location) from a different place for a total of $23. This location charged me half of that price for ONE package. And that was the cheapest price they had available. Oh well. read more

This location is owned by a husband and wife team and the customer service is like no other. My new job brings me to this location daily and the owners knew my name by day 2 and are wonderfully friendly and helpful. If anyone is in need of UPS service or a post office box I highly recommend this location. Through the years I have left many UPS stores or USPS locations frustrated as can be, but never here! Mind you this is a UPS store and I was printing out a UPS shipping label so I'm top of paying UPS to ship the package he wanted three bucks to print out the shipping label. Excellent staff and very knowledgeable and helpful. Parking is ok, not terrible. There are no designated spots in front of the store. I guess you'd call it Texas style parking... I've never had a problem and I go there several times per week. There is NO restaurant with valet parking, unless Subway is doing something new. When o refused as I explained this was a UPS code and they should be able to put it on the system one of the employees began screaming at me in front of all the staff, telling me I was wrong, that this was a private business, to pay up or get out. Never had any issues with this location until I needed to return a high dollar ($4,000) item using a UPS pre-paid return shipping label provided by the vendor THROUGH UPS. The label was also accompanied by paperwork that needed to be signed by the UPS employee accepting the package and me. The owner of this store flat out refused to accept my package. He literally said "I'm not signing that and I won't accept this package." He proceeded to inform me that he will NEVER ship ANYTHING valued over $999.00 because he won't be held liable for lost packages. This doesn't say much about his confidence in the UPS brand and their ability to handle packages - UPS should look into this location - the owner is tarnishing their brand. Needless to say, I ended up waiting for a UPS driver to arrive at this location a few days later and handed the box to him with absolutely no problem. The driver signed the paperwork, took my box, and shipped it back - it was not lost and the merchant received my return the next day. Even after all of this happened, I chose to ship another return (I do most of my shopping online) at this location using a prepaid shipping label yesterday. I was hesitant to return to this location after my prior experience but it is very close to my home and the most convenient location. The owner was very rude to me, he made it very clear that he was not happy that I was there, and said " ugh, another prepaid shipment." He hastily and sloppily taped the box shut, put the label on the box and carried it to the back without saying another word to me. Obviously this location only wants to accept shipments that are not prepaid so they can charge their inflated shipping fees so they get their cut from UPS. Needless to say, I will be driving to the Memorial UPS store location or will switch to FedEx from now on. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service at this location. Brought in a package to return and handed the gentleman all of the paperwork I'd been given. He scanned it, attached it, and handed me back some paperwork and told me I was good to go. I looked at the paperwork and saw that he had not signed the needed forms so I asked him to sign. He then realized that he had made a mistake and could not take my package. This began a long string of inappropriate and unprofessional dialogue on his part that made it extremely hard to keep my cool.
