We have been dealing with this outfit for months trying again and again to CANCEL the automatic…read moreorders. After being reassured that the account is cancelled, next month they send the product and charge our credit card. We went to the post office and followed their instructions on how to return the items...we STILL keep getting charged! The company STILL keeps returning the old packages AND sending new ones. This month, after we returned ANOTHER package, it came back with their return address blacked out! We have made multiple calls to our credit card company and have filed a case with them. We have notified the post office regarding mail fraud. We are contacting out state's Attorney General and the BBB. Run the other way if you see this scam !! Oh, and this company appears to have several names. Even the credit card company said that they had to look hard to figure out how they were operating!

Plus, the Navis Boise price was right in the ballpark of other options and of those options at the lower end of cost among the possibilities. Superior customer service and outstanding work. The painting was delivered to the framing gallery exactly as promised. Navis will be our go to anytime we need anything shipped.

I got other peoples things. They broke a bunch of China that was not wrapped well. They wrapped all the China, but put no bubble wrap at the bottom of the box. Don't risk it. If you have things you don't want destroyed everything in the containers were damaged even an antique china cabinet, when they loaded it they damaged it. They sat it on a wood platform then they picked it up and set it on the platform. It knocked off the bottom support board of the China cabinet which created the glass to slide from the wood. They also broke the mirror inside the China cabinet. I would not risk it when you call to tell them they just blow you off

Folks will only take time for bad reviews, often it's just a misunderstanding of the process. People are just doing their jobs- share some kindness!

Here's my story: I was expecting a package with perishables inside. I checked the USPS tracking # and it stated "out for delivery." When the mail came and no package, I checked again and the USPS site had updated to "Package being held for pickup at customers request." I made no such request. Nampa has 2 post offices, but no address was listed. So I went to the post office downtown (5 miles) and waited in line for 20 minutes only to have them explain that the package was given to the wrong courier, and could be picked up at the other post office (another 5 miles). They gave me the address and the phone number. Not even sure why they have a phone# because it immediately goes to a message "Welcome to Verizon wireless, the person you are trying to reach is not available." The next day, the tracking website said it was available for pickup, but offered a "chat", which I tried. What a waste of time that was. There is no human interface as real companies trying to win your business provide, just a chat bot that has no information whatsoever. So I drove to the other post office only to be told that it was out for delivery! Any other business run this way would not be a business. Their tracking website is worthless. Whoever developed it should definitely not be doing websites. We used to laugh at other countries because of how inefficiently government services were run. The US post office is definitely worse. Should be privatized, and closed down in lieu of a business that is actually there to win your business.
