I expected a higher level of professionalism that I did not receive. I no longer want to do business with Postal Annex or Anytime Mailboxes. I signed up for a monthly subscription mailbox for my business. The verification process was normal--I have no quips there. My second month I was overcharged for my mailbox subscription. When I noticed the charge I contacted Anytime Mailboxes by email immediately. A couple of days went by and I did not receive a response--so I called them today. When I called I was told by the Anytime Mailbox representative that Postal Annex had increased the price of my monthly subscription. I explained to the representative that I never received a notification that there would be an increase in the monthly subscription. He apologized and stated that he could not fix the charge because everything was done through Postal Annex. He said that Anytime Mailboxes only provided the software. When I called Postal Annex the representative said that he did not have my credit card information on file and that he would need to put in a service request via Anytime Mailboxes to fix the charge. He asked me if I intended to have a long relationship with Postal Annex--which I did until this matter happened--I'm not sure why that would matter. If you have a customer for one day or for one year your courtesy and professionalism should still be the same. The point of being in business is not to make money. It is to provide a service to a customer and to keep them coming back to your business instead of going somewhere else. I do not recommend this service to anyone wanting a serious professional outcome. I'm not sure if this is a scam but it was definitely a waste of my time and money. I would not recommend this service to my friends, family or fellow Yelpers. Don't do it! The price will draw you in but it is not worth the headache. It is better to pay more somewhere else and have peace of mind and better customer service. read more
