I've been to all the postinos and this one is just as amazing as the rest. The music is amazing and the decor creates the perfect hang out spot for friends/family. Been to many restaurants and not fans of posting review online until today. Ordered chicken skewer, look under cooked and taste terrible ( I know cooked and undercooked chicken because I love cooking). Complain to waitress, ask them to cook longer. Manager came in, said that look and taste is normal because of seasoning, chef already check the inside temperature and she said is normal and ok to eat. 30 mins later the replacement plate arrived, quality is still the same, undercooked!!! I ask my friend and even asking another group in other table and they said yes it's undercooked!!!! Manager come in and take my plate after I complain second time at same food. The management should concern about their food quality and services, it's dangerous to served undercooked chicken. Base on what manager said, taste normal and this how they served, so... chicken they served is undercooked!! Be smart people, if it's cheap make sure it's good. read more

This is my second visit to the cinco ranch location since it opened. Both times I encountered Jennifer Orduno and both times she has been amazing. The first time it was super busy and she had to correct another one of the employees errors. She was super patient and got it taken care of fast with no issues. The second time she constantly checked on us and made sure we didn't need for anything. I know the employees work together and each time we've come they always constantly make sure we didn't need anything. It's a great experience Especially rite now when a lot of places are under staffed and over worked. I've had the avocado toast which is really good probably the best one I've had I've had out here so far. The artichoke bruschetta is good and so is the one that has fig and apples the were both lite but super good. read more

I'm not one to usually write reviews but I had to with this one. I was debating on where to have a nice little date night but when I sat down and looked around, I knew I made the right choice. I had an amazing server who was very funny and made the experience so much better; his name was Cristian. He offered us and recommended such great choices that did not disappoint and had my girlfriend saying of laughter. Went here tonight for the $25 bottle of wine and bruschetta board and there were highs and mids of the night. The good things were that the wine list is very good and you have lots of options to choose from (see picture below) the bruschetta board is definitely worth the money each piece of bread is cut into 4 slices and the board is the perfect snack which chit chatting. The flavors we tried were the spicy jam goat cheese, the traditional mozzarella, and the warm artichoke, I personally LOVE the goat cheese one. The only part of the evening that I didn't love was that even though the severs we had were nice they just weren't attentive and we had to wave them down. We also didn't have one server, every time we needed something or order it was a completely different person it was also difficult to read the menu because the lights were so dim. Over all the experience was good because of the food and prices but I would probably go during the day. read more

This place is horrible! The waitresses are not trained in etiquette and allowed to wear whatever they want. Their attire is so trashy with their bellies hanging out. Food was mediocre. I asked for garlic bread to go with my salad and they brought me out dry toast. Very unprofessional staff. The lovely atmosphere does not match the staff's attire and unprofessionalism. read more

We have visited this location twice and each time has unfortunately produced the same results. The food has been quite good. In fact, the house made pickles and pimento cheese are pretty amazing and I highly recommend both. Additionally, the atmosphere and convenience to shopping is really great. Sadly, both times we have visited we have experienced very, very slow service. Not like, "I waited 10 minutes for my check" slow. More like, 20 minutes waiting for our drinks that we could see sitting on the bar, slow. We hate leaving "catty" reviews, but because we've had the same experience each time we've visited leaves us to believe that his may be a common experience for others. I'm not a restaurateur, and have little room to tell someone how to run their business. That being said, the model of having multiple servers taking care of a single table doesn't seem to be working as effectively as it may look on paper. At least from what we can take away from our two visits. I don't think this review should discourage anyone from going. There are a lot of nice things to be said about the location. Um, yummy! This was my first time at this location. Boy, did the food deliver! We ordered the Chefs Charcuterie board and it's different from boards I'm used too but you guys nailed it. We ordered additional boards with our rose and nothing was disappointing. Yum! Yum! And yum some more. The combo of cheese and fruits felt like a food science. Absolutely delicious! Not quite sure where our first waitress went but Grace ended up helping us and she was fabulous and very knowledgeable! She went the extra mile and we sure felt taken cared of. Will be coming back to ask for her. I love great service when things get busy in a restaurant and someone steps up for you. We definitely noticed. More great times to be had here. Fun decor, okay food. I ordered the grilled cheese with tomato dipping sauce. Good flavor, but they're stingy on ingredients- it was the thinnest grilled cheese I've ever had, and overpriced for what you get. The volume of the music was ridiculous, so loud you had to scream to be heard. The front wait staff had to crouch in a corner and cover her ear to hear the person on the other end, I felt so bad for her. My voice hurts today from talking so loud. We had several different waiters checking on us, which was too much, too often. I probably won't be back. read more

I have tried it three times and have yet to have a good experience I'm just going to give a "few" of my experiences...1. They don't offer wine flights?! Weird a wine bar wouldn't 2. Servers do not know about wines 3. Asked for a particular wine two different times...been given a "similar" wine without being told it was not the correct wine, only to realize it on our own 4. Servers have yet to actually wait on us, ever! We've had to go to the hostess stand, flag down or sit and wait for over ten minutes 5. Two soups came out room temp 6. We were given a glass of wine we didn't order, told the server, they were confused and left it, we did not drink it, told another server when we were paying we didn't order this, she did not believe us, rolled her eyes at us and left to complain to the manager, who just laughed about it! They would not comp it for us and gave us major attitude as they said, "oh it's fine, I just wasn't your server so I don't know what happened" which they pride themselves on being a multi server service I'm sorry, this is a lot and I'm not a complainer, even though this post definitely makes me look like it Just wanted to see if it's only me and my friends or more! As a big fan of postinos I've literally been counting down the days till this location opened.. and it did not disappoint. The patio is awesome and well equipped for the texas heat. The customer service is phenomenal, several people stopped by our table to ensure everything came out right. My husband said his flat iron sandwich and salad were delicious. My vegetarian sandwich didn't come out quite right but our server John John... who is amazing by the way, helped to fix it and Faith the manager even stopped by to check in with us to ensure the matter was justified. This was really above and beyond what they needed to do or what I had expected, but so so appreciated, customer service is clearly their priority here. John John had suggested the killer Queen drink from the brunch menu and it was sooooo good, highly highly recommend. I don't usually write reviews, but I was throughly impressed with the customer service we received this evening and felt it warranted a post. My wife and I went with our two month old daughter for a glass of two of wine and something to snack on. We order a charcuterie board which was taking a little longer than we expected but our servers were very communicative and apologetic. To our surprise once the board arrived they told us because of the wait it was on the house. Then as the sun started to come out of some clouds the heat on the patio started to pick up and we asked if it was ok if we moved inside. Our servers came back and said it was a bit busy so the normal wait would be 45min but that they talked to the manager and would probably be able to seat us inside in about 15min. Short after that a table freed up and we were promptly seated inside. All in all a great experience and very flexible wait staff. We couldn't be happier with our experience at this location! read more
