I just spent 30 minutes on hold trying to ask a simple question of "are you accepting Amazon returns today?" Since apparently that changes based on mood, staffing, or whatever excuse is convenient that day. Half the time I drive there, I'm told no. The other half, it's magically fine. Calling ahead would solve that... except no one answers the phone. So instead, I get to waste my time driving there where I know I'll be met with a rude, annoyed employee or two who act like helping customers is a personal inconvenience. After reading the other reviews, it's obvious this isn't just a me problem and this place is just consistently bad. At this point it's almost impressive how unfriendly and unhelpful the service is. It's almost comical and I would love to work here just to see why everyone stays when they are clearly miserable.

I then asked would you like me to take my clothes out of your machine he said I just don't want the customer waiting on these machines. There were 2 customers when I came in both at this time folding their clothes and one lady came in after me and went on the other side didn't even look at the big machine.
