Lines that go on forever, and are so slow that a bottle Heinz ketchup flows twice as fast. Thankfully, a friend of mine told me about this place on M-17, just west of Golfside Road. I needed to mail a package to my friend in Tokyo, so I went to the local post office on my day off, and there had to be nearly 50 people waiting in line. Then I remembered Goin' Postal was right near a specialized grocery store that I really like on M-17. So I left the line behind and drove out west of town. Was I ever lucky, I was the only person in line, and after I filled out my customs forms, purchased some stamps I was right out the door in less than 10 minutes. The staff at this place is very friendly and gave me several shipping options to choose from. I can just imagine as I drove home, most of the people in that line at the local post office were still waiting in line to be served. That said, I was amazed that my package arrived within a week. I highly recommend this place, as they are faster than the local post office, and they don't have the attitude that some of the postal workers have.

We had a dishwasher that we ordered and initially after scheduling a date for delivery, we didn't receive a time before the date schedule (which they say you'll received at least a day before). The day of the delivery, since we had no idea when it was coming we stayed around, finally receiving an estimated range a little over half into the day, that went to 8pm. They ended up delivering the product an hour after the estimated range was over. What's worse, we ordered an unboxing and installation, and neither of those services were rendered. Instead of the company getting back with us to reschedule due to the inconvenience, we have had to call continuously to get someone out here to complete the delivery services and it has yet to be resolved. We are constantly given the run around and no resolution has been concluded. As a whole, I'm totally disappointed with the service that we have received and the customer service has been even worse with the wait times for getting into contact as well as the company not being able to get in touch with their own offices or management to get this resolved. I would advise anyone to use a different company if delivery is necessary especially if this is the type of service they don't mind extending to their customers. So please beware!!!!
