You have to have your package in no later than that Monday. They only accept cash. Currently a flight to Havana is $389 and tourist visas are available if : 1. You came to the USA after 1970 or 2. You were born in the USA and have a relative in Cuba. 3. You are married or live or are related to someone in either of the aforementioned. It was explained to me that the banking situation applies to a Cuban who came to the US before 1970.

He printed it on economy paper and handed to me what looked like the last run before needing an ink replacement. He said, "Is this good enough or did you want me to print it more clear?" I kept my composure but inside was like, "Are you freakin' kidding me?" I asked if he read the email and he did not, so I gave him the update and he went through the motions.
