Their selection is great and the products I got hit very well. I got the space time rasberry edibles and the Frankenstein cartridge. Service was alright considering I ordered online...but they couldn't find my order in the system, they did still apply my discounts and got everything but I like to order ahead to avoid the anxiety of choice and especially after a rough day, I prefer to limit social interaction. So definitely recommend that they fix their online system if people are putting in orders to go. My main beef with this place is where it's located. There is no parking and it's so close to the space, needle and central central central Seattle that it's a pain in the ass to get to. So for the gag of it and being able to go and take a picture with the sign and everything was nice.... And their selection was nice, but I will not be back here because of how horrendous getting to it is and then the double suicide mission of trying to find parking. read more

Hubby and I wanted to take the edge off on our vacation so we decided to stop by this place as we were driving by it. We had our dog with us so I stayed inside the car and hubby went inside to get supplies. Little did we know until afterwards, it's a pet-friendly shop. Hubby said that everyone in the shop was super sweet and super nice. They all were so helpful when he had questions. He ended up getting four pre-rolled joints and a lighter, all for only $23!!! Like WOW, where in California can we get a great deal like that?? We should have bought more lol. The joints were great. I have visited multiple dispensaries in the area, but I really like this one. The customer service was great and quick. The staff was really nice. I took a friend from out of town, and she loved it. It was her first experience. She racked up with lots of good stuff! This shop was small and definitely had that cool small business vibe. They have a decent selection of edibles and I wound up getting the 4.20 chocolate toffee bars, which are INCREDIBLE. They are probably one of the best I have ever had. What I really like about this business is that they are LGBTQ owned. As a person that is part of that community, it means a lot to have a safe place to get my stash. They are very respectful. With Hashtag and OZ just around the corner, this shop provides a competitive edge by staying open later (11pm) than the other shops. Great spot, great products/selection, and a very helpful no-pressure staff. I've been to a number of spots all over Seattle and though a few are walk-able in proximity to me, the 8-10 minute drive to Pot Shop is well worth it. I decided that after going to about 5 places in Seattle this will be my go-to shop. The girl who helped us was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable and let us know her thoughts on a few products which made the purchase a lot easier. I'm no connoisseur when it comes to weed and it's pretty obvious, so I really appreciate when I'm given a variety of things to choose from and not just being sold the highest price item (which unfortunately happened in the past at another shop, and on top of that had the opposite effect I was looking for). Had a great experience with these guys ( well one guy in particular) when i first checked it out and bought a pen and cartridge but the Elixers brand cartridge failed on me for some reason and the shop wouldn't even take it back, said their hands were tied and they couldn't do anything about it. it was a whole bunch of bull shit. Not even the people from Elixers would return it either. I feel like people in the weed industry should be on top of those kind of things with customer satisfaction. They have great strands and it's clear what is what. They are 1 of very few shops to offer great deals. The only negative is everything is pre packaged so you have to settle for what they have available. But what they have available is quite the assortment. Had to update my review. The Pot Shop now carries products with CBD which is news to me. My mother-in-law has chronic back pain and is asking for items with CBD which is normally carried in medical stores. I tripped and fell on the sidewalk outside this place and cut my head open and was bleeding. There was no where nearby for me to simply look at my injury in the mirror and maybe figure out whether I needed medical attention immediately. I went in the store and asked the counter person for help, and she kindly went (I think) to see about a wash cloth or something. At this point, the male at the counter says gruffly to me "Do you have ID," as if to keep inconvenient riff raff out of his store. I was astonished that someone could have so little sensitivity to someone bleeding from the head. Not even: "Sorry to have to ask this for legal reasons, but could you..." No. He just wanted me out of his store, so I had to leave and walk another half mile till I could see the seriousness of my injury. I think it's great that this place is doing a good business, but it's unforegiveable to me to treat someone that way when they're clearly in distress. That man (and the management who hired him) should give some thought to their broader social principles and values so that next time (and there will be one) they will be able to respond in a humane way to someone needing neighborly help for just a minute. read more
