Quick service Located in between Subway (sandwich shop) and smoke shop. 3 in 1 stop shop Cons: Small/somewhat disorganized store and displays. I never had the opportunity to go and browse for other products I was looking for because A. It was packed and B. Each time I went I was rushed through by the bud tenders, pushing products I think they just needed to sell? I don't care about the THC percentage I care about the terpene profile... Hit-or-Miss Service That Finally Missed (For Good) I've spent a lot of money at this shop over the years--mainly because it's close to home and I'm a disabled veteran pursuing my PhD at UW. Convenience matters. And to be fair, there are one or two employees here who are absolutely fantastic: respectful, helpful, and actually know their stuff. But I can't rearrange my life hoping they'll be on shift just to avoid dealing with the rest of the staff. On Memorial Day, I brought in an empty product container that I'd purchased out of state--a sealed cardboard box that used to hold a glass container (no product, no smell, just packaging). I wanted to see if they had anything similar. That's it. I politely asked, and instead of any basic customer service, they got defensive and accused me of trying to get them fired. Seriously? They refused to even look at the item. The manager on duty, who always looks annoyed when I walk in, made the whole interaction tense and uncomfortable. The budtender that helped me didn't seem to know much about the products either. This isn't the first time I've had an off experience here, but it was definitely the last straw. I'll gladly spend more gas and time to support a shop that knows how to treat every customer with respect--every day, every shift. Veterans, and honestly, everyone, deserve better than this. And this is Seattle... there are plenty of options. Also: scrolling through these reviews, I keep seeing the same guy I'm talking about. He used to work security at the door and now he's behind the counter. People are literally posting photos of him in their bad reviews--and somehow, he's still employed? I'm not the only one. the change in management has brought about terrible budtenders. most of them cannot give you a recommendation of you ask them for something that will make you happy/relaxed/social/etc. seems like the change in management doesn't care about qualifications of employees, as the vast majority of them cannot tell you much about weed besides indica vs sativa, or give informed recommendations. budtender anthony barreto is consistently too high to do his job, usually walking away mid transaction, counting money upwards of 5 times, and taking my ID behind the counter and not giving it back until i ask (which is usually as i'm leaving, he usually forgets to give it back or that he even has it), adding up to 10 mins to my visit. he also makes unwanted advances on my partner, which i do not appreciate. read more

When I went, the bud tender handed out unlabeled, bunk edibles as "free samples" - most likely expired product I saw grabbed from the back. What a genius, short-term solution that turned out to be. The employees here are really good at helping you find a new strain, but they wouldn't have to be if this place was just consistent. I don't think I've ever been able to get the same strain here twice once they've run out of something. It's like they don't restock with any of the same strains. Also some of the employees can be condescending; as someone who doesn't know a lot about weed there are a few employees, that when I can see they're about to help me, make me feel a little anxious. Overall this place is pretty convenient, and there's one girl with multicolored pastel hair who works there that is always so sweet. This dispensary deserves so much better ratings than it has. They were amazing! They had a wide variety of edibles to choose from. All for a great price as well! I know this because I went to a few other dispensaries before making a large purchase here. They had the cheapest prices for the same amount of mgs per package, which is only 100mgs by law. Knowing it's the same dosage wherever you go, why would anyone want to spend more money?! Best bang for your buck! The staff was also extremely friendly! Major side bonus is that they have a friendly dog greeting customers. Most importantly... THEY TAKE CARD! I cannot stress over how almost all dispensaries only take cash. I totally get the whole tax evasion thing, but it's 2018. No one carries cash anymore. At least I don't. Especially not in downtown Seattle... just saying. read more

Be careful POC going to this place! I went in to purchase, Sara helps me out typically but this day someone else did. There was a discrepancy between Sara and the person who checked me out regarding applying a discount in one transaction, after I asked some questions. Well the manager, Megan, came over and berated me as if I was in the wrong for being inquisitive, got very rude, and even told me, "You know you don't have to come back here."...I literally stopped responding to her and began speaking to my friend who I brought in the store with me. She walks past me and says "Is there something you want to say?" I was so taken aback, I asked her "Why are you being so confrontational? and asked her to stop speaking with me. Well I came back to visit two weeks later and upon having my ID checked, was told I am no longer allowed in the store. Spoke with the other manager Taylor, and he said there was nothing he could do. Bought a couple pre rolls from here, they burned very uneven and they didn't smoke well so I tried to contact the joint to tell them it was defective. I took a video of it burning bad and even saved the joints and they still wouldn't refund my money or give me new ones because of covid? All of a sudden, I can't get discounts for ordering online, and the Friday deal of $2 off 1 gram joints don't count if you don't buy more expensive joints, which is new to me. I ordered two joints online and went to pick them up, and they told me I had to pay the full price because I didn't buy more expensive joints, which is a first. The staff knows me and takes such great care of me. I highly recommend giving this store some of your time. The prices are very good. There is a huge selections of products, and this where I get my CBD, which is a vital medication to me. And, there is so much more to choose from. The staff are highly knowledgeable and have your best interest in mind and heart. Great staff, decent selection, good deals. I'd recommend going in on a Sunday since you can use any weekly deal. I bought quite a bit for pretty cheap. Currently they're cash only which is a bummer since I loved the convenience of paying with card, but it's not their fault.
