I have won many things on Facebook and most businesses will accommodate if I can not pick up the prize or get the meals from restaurants until my days off work or schedule can accommodate.Sometime I need to get the day off to drive to another city or I want my son that lives out of town to join me. Not once have I been met with a "No" or bad customer service. Until now. I won 2 tickets to Tower Drive In. I asked them if they could move the tickets until I get paid so I could take my other 3 kids and get concessions. I also live almost an hour away from them so my son coming from out of town would be making close to a 3 hour trip to get from Fayetteville,to Fort Smith and than to Poteau. They do not understand that some people can not just drop what they are doing and be able to drive an hour away on one days notice. They post the drawing on Tuesday and announce the winners on Friday for tickets that can only be used that weekend and Friday or Saturday only. Ridiculous to give a 1/2 day notice. I wrote them a nice letter explaining my situation and asking if they could move the prize until another date.The reply back was very rude. With Blah,blah, blah. Preferential treatment. Blah Blah. It's called good customer service not preferential treatment. Perhaps Tower Drive In can learn from River City Bistro, Ozark Natural Foods and other businesses I've won from. It is better to accommodate a customer than lose a customer. I would never give this place my business again. I have all my PM's from these rude folks saved.Terrible customer service and business practices. The worst. To say that they can't accommodate the few because others will get mad is ridiculous. How would anyone even know? They just don't want to be courteous. Sad.

Really, the only reason to watch a movie here is because Redbox was out of the particular movie that happened to be showing here. Or maybe you just want to sit in the dark and remember that time you watched The Empire Strike Back for the first time and try to forget about watching The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in there as well. We had seats in one of the theaters on the second level, which first of all I did not know they had theater on the second level. Apparently this area is 21 and over, which is amazing the theaters are smaller more intimate and no children. Best of all they have waiters that serve you full menu of food and drinks. I tried an Italian soda that was so good and very affordable for the size of the drink. I also tried some pretzel bites that came with beer cheese and spicy mustard. The portion size was actually quite large though still a little expensive but it's a movie theater so I did not mind. the fact that they bring all this to you and wait on you is just amazing. The seats recline they're comfortable. I love the smaller size theater. It was not too cold but very comfortable. There's trays that move on on the seats so you can have your food.
