I've worked with Tyler for several months to treat distinct injuries post an incident. Tyler is the…read moreclinic manager and has been great to work with on my journey to healing. In my experience being treated, he is personable, dynamic and very knowledgeable. Motive takes pride in offering personal care and 1:1 relationship building with each client for continuity of care for duration of treatment. The rhythm of each PT session is 15-30 minutes of hands-on manipulation or treatment, and then oversight of PT exercises. Tyler juggles hectic schedules with multiple patients ensuring everyone receives proper care each visit. My treatments were at both the Berwyn office while being stood up, and at the Frazer clinic. Both of the clinics are hygenic and kept up to date. There is some free weight gym equipment, "cardio" type machines, and tons of traditional PT accessories for treatments/exercises. I have been able to offer input to my progress and observe Tyler offer ways to pivot treatment as needed based on my needs and next steps. Tyler has also been an advocate for my care with physicians or insurance providers, and following up as needed on diagnostics to inform PT care. I am very appreciative of physical rehab/therapy services Motive provided me. I absolutely recommend them and would come back again. My context as a patient is someone who has periodically sought out PT over 10 years at various style clinics...large practices, boutique chains, and single proprietor offices.

My doctor…read morerecommended physical therapy after trying the steroid pack without any real improvement. it took time but over the course of the first 4 weeks, I got to the point where the pain had lessen so I could sleep at night, I could walk and stand for long periods without any pain. Key was each day I did the exercises I was told to do and I saw Julian 2 to 3 times per week. The therapy allowed me to go on my vacation and have a great time. Upon returning, I continued therapy for a few more weeks to try to get rid of the little instances of pain. I feel like the pain is nearly gone and I am at the point where I can continue the therapy on my own. I am now playing pickleball again, going for long walks and am about to start jogging for several miles. Feels good to be back to myself. Thanks to Julian and the rest of the team Sara and Christina for their dedication and work. And for putting up with me wanting instant relief and reminding me it takes time.

My wife used her two years ago for her shoulder and had fantastic results. I am five weeks into my six week rehab and I'm doing fantastic thanks to Sue. She is excellent and I highly recommend her. Not only is she a true professional but she has a fantastic bedside manner.
