I brought a few items to test the place out. I came in and was greeted by a friendly English-speaking girl. The place was small but very clean. I was surprised to receive a call 3 days later informing me that my clothes were done! I also noticed they clean UGGs and preserve wedding dresses. Two things I needed to get done, so I'll definitely be back!

Based on my experience, I did not receive anything close to the level of quality those reviews describe. Another frustration is that alteration services close at 3:00 PM. That's highly inconvenient for anyone who works a standard schedule and makes it difficult to access a service that many customers likely need. What concerned me even more was the working environment. When I dropped off my dress, it was close to 100 degrees and the conditions inside appeared extremely uncomfortable for the employees. I sincerely hope the staff are being provided with a safe and reasonable work environment. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business based on the quality of the work I received.

I came back to pick it up, and when I paid for it the owner rebuked me and was extremely hostile. He got in my face and said the price was not right and the next time I came in the dress would cost me three times the price I paid this time. I would not have been upset if he had just said there was a mistake in the pricing and been slightly kind, but he was so incredibly rude and made us feel threatened we left in a hurry. Painful- cleaning wasn't needed- but I had to get rid of the moths. I paid to have them taken down, cleaned, and reinstalled. When reinstalled several panels had a hem missing. Installer apologized and took them back. I was unexpected charged for hemming, based on legal language "if due to age or humidity,..." blah blah. Not my case. New drapes, perfect conditions. I was not advised, just charged- when I challenged over email response was curt and said they weren't charging me for uninstall reinstall (despite the fact the new staff missed the hem failure- never mind cleaning undid the hem). 3 days ago I get a $350 charge for taking down and reinstalling drapes- for their mistake, written language saying I would not be charged, no advance warning of charge. No response to my email. In addition, the hem is not good- drapes are now dragging on the floor and shrinkage of wool fabric has caused this weird pinching on the bottom. The only bright spot was the guy who installed and took down the drapes. He is a superstar, but set to retire.... so I would expect further decline in customer satisfaction. Please.... find anywhere more honest, with better customer service and communication.

I went here to have drapery dry cleaned…read more We were called early that the drapery had been damaged in the process, but was not very noticeable. We spent over $1,000 here, and the best they could offer was $35 off both of the damaged drapery, which cost $140 each. I was not aware of how low the discount was until after speaking with them. We were told that because of the age and sun damage it caused the tearing. The one area where the seam is damaged does not even face the window, so saying that was the issue is not true. Since we signed a waiver that they make every customer sign before, we are fully responsible for the damage. I understand, but to give us that small a discount is a joke for the amount of business we gave them. When we received the drapery and installed it again, the damage is very noticeable. Now I have to find somewhere to repair the drapery since they did not even offer to fix it. For the price, this place is a joke! I have gone across the street many times and never had an issue for a fraction of the price. I will never return here and make sure anyone I know never goes as well. Update: Found a place to repair. It is over $700 to repair, and they noted that the drapery did not look very clean either. We are now paying to clean again and repair because this dry cleaner SUCKS!
