I had never experienced this sort of event so I was nervous but they helped me through it and were very patient. I was painting my ridiculous looking dog, Peanut, and didn't QUITE finish in time. Britni took the painting for me to put the finishing touches and I was supposed to pick it up the following weekend at another event they were having. I was super busy moving that weekend and FORGOT. Doh! I was being a real pain in their backside but Ms. B went out of her way to get the painting back to me a few days later at my place of business. First off, the artist Michelle Caron was just wonderful to work with! After some emails and phone call we felt very comfortable initiated the art via online. She emailed us photos of the project every step of the way. The artwork was shipped in a durable crate by Fed Ex and arrived in perfect condition. Best of all, the glass wall art turned out EXACTLY like we had hoped! Each one is uniquely exquisite. The colors are brilliant and the edges are really cool (slightly wavy). Only to find out there were over a dozen BIG worms living in the nursery pot I had purchased the original plant in, from them. Apparently worms aren't good for indoor house plants. All that I planted last fall survived and should now have gotten a good start at rooting over the winter. I found great prices for those in the fall, best time to plant trees. Also found better Russian Sage plants that I found last year somewhere else. Staff is very helpful. Currently, nice free bag.

My fiance and I were going to try to design and print everything ourselves to save money, and I'm so glad that we went through Megan instead. She took our ideas and made them beautiful, and I didn't have to learn anything more about envelope sizes. The prices are extremely reasonable and Megan is always quick to respond to our questions and update proofs, even when we ask her to change paper sizes and layouts and the number we ordered. Best yet, we live in New York (rather than Oregon) so you should work with Megan no matter where you live! Working with Red Pearl Designs has been so easy and positive.
