The space is beautiful, very clean, and well-organized. It kept my kids busy and, surprisingly, calm! The relaxing and warm environment made the experience enjoyable for both them and me. I stayed behind to talk with the manager and they offered me a 10% off coupon on my next purchase. The next day, I noticed the crack was rendering the pitcher completely ineffective, the water drained out leaving a puddle and my flowers dried up. I called to see if anything could be done as compensation, since the item was damaged during the glazing process, while in their care. They stated they could do nothing else for me since they already gave me the 10% off coupon and recommended I purchase ceramic glue to repair it myself. Love the idea of an art space like this one in Eugene but they do not take accountability for broken items.

It's like the rented the whole place for themselves to be as wild as they wanted with no courtesy for others - except for the fact that they didn't. I'm not a party pooper. I'm not a buzz kill. I'm totally glad we get back to real life and some def fun- for everyone! So let's still be polite. Let's still be aware of our surroundings. Let's respect the others in the room ! What about indoor voices ? What about "read the room"? Oh no , you couldn't do that because you were all acting like you were at a park ! Mom's gift was quality time with all her kids together in one place. As they get older they scatter and they all do their own things. The oldest moves out & the teenagers are male & female (vinegar and water). Thank you for having a fun group activity that we can share together and enjoy a few precious hours of making memories. Turns out that was a copycat I had seen earlier. I'm going to hang my jellyfish near my pool. They are so creative and interesting looking. I'm also loving sustainable artists who recycle materials into something unique and beautiful. The pirate galleries are hidden behind the store fronts and looks like a Hollywood set! Great find and super cool. Mine was $75. Go get one!
